This is the second car I've brought to this Midas. It's actually across town so I went out of my way because the people are soooo nice and communicated well. My other car is an EV and they were totally great about helping me with it. This car had a leaking tire and they found the issue but couldn't find my tire lug key. They explained my options and I left to have the issue solved elsewhere as they suggested. But then today I found the key, called them and they told me to head over right away! Super nice and quickly did the job while I waited. All three guys I dealt with were great.

I understand the definition of having a business and the need to profit. Under this specifics shops old management they worked with me on pricing. Discounts, NOT charging to the exact second for labor, and just really treated me and I witnessed to others that they wasn’t trying to rob us with labor costs. This new management charged me every second. 4 hours to be exact, for an alignment, re-install my passenger fender liner, and put on 3 washers on the ball joints! Hmmm!

First of all, the changes of ever being "Highly Satisfied" with automobile service is pretty low. That being said, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The only disappointment was that I brought the vehicle in to obtain an estimate to submit to an insurance company to get approval for the work. Since I didn't have the work done at the time, no written estimate was given, only a verbal dollar amount over the phone.
Rez was wonderful in listening and meeting my needs - time, product, and things that were out of his control but he was very attentive to…..and he made it happen seamlessly. The whole staff was great to meet and work with.

Midas technician replaced my faulty lincoln Town Car air suspension with Shocks and Springs. Even though I had the Front Shocks to be replaced on the work order and Midas had them in stock on the same visit the Midas technician showed me the Front shocks on my car and said they did NOT need to be replaced. Not replacing my front springs saved me money on parts that were not needed and I appreciate the honest inspection before the repairs were to take place.Midas also did needed exhaust work at a very reasonable costI am very pleased with the Midas service I received on my 25 year old lincoln Car

I am an out of towner who eneded up with a flat tire while in Green Bay. Midas was the first place I called and they didnt hesitate to help me right away. They got me in super quick, and thankfully were able to repair my tire while my kids and I waited in the lobby. Not only were the two gentleman I worked with very friendly, but they also went the extra mile to explain to me what happened to my tire. The service was quick and affordable.They gave me a quote for new tires (as I will be needing some very soon) and I am hoping to take a trip to Green Bay soon to have these guys put on new tires. There are local tire shops I could visit, but after the great service I received, I would love to continue to give my business to Midas.
I was out of town, and my back brakes started making loud grinding/scraping noises. It was after hours, so I sent an email to the nearest Midas, trying to schedule an appt for the next day. They called me back right away in the morning, and were able to fit me into the schedule and fix my problem. The Green Bay Midas is awesome.

staff was greatonline appointment process easyI didn't think to ask the price of an oil change before I had it done, figured they were all pretty much the same but $55 for an oil change is outrageous!!!! I would have checked around for another place to have the oil change done if I had known it would cost that much. I don't think even the 15-minute oil change places charge that much. The last 15-minute oil change place I went to was a little pricey, I thought, but at least they threw in a coupon for a car wash next door

This Midas location went above and beyond with my Prius. I had about an hour and a half time crunch and they repaired both of my breaks (even had someone from Napa come with my specific parts within that time as well), rotated my tires, and went over the pricing of the parts I needed all within that time. The staff was also very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. I am extremely satisfied and have already told my friends about them. 20/10 would 100% recommend.

Customer service was very friendly! I went in for an oil change then they explained maintenance up keep and things I needed to do to keep my vehicle updated with mechanical maintenance. I did end up getting a fuel cleaning system update that they had time for. I have a couple more things to do but no danger signs!
I am sure you have more than one price of mufflers. That should be told to the customers in the beginning. Price for a life time muffler is way to high!

I was notified that the price of an oil change with synthetic oil had jumped almost $35 because of a change that came up the day before. Because I'm on a fixed income, I have to think long and hard, as to if I'm going to bring my vehicle back for the next oil change.

Had my brakes done 2-3 years ago. Within that time span I had 3 brake fluid leaks on the same right side rear tire caliper and bought it in to get fixed. The first two happened within the warranty year. I guess the third time happened just a little over a year past the warranty so I'm charged for that. Just horrible that I gotta pay for Midas' mistake time and again.
