Aleks Gerasyuta at Midas on S. 76th Street Greenfield WI wasan outstanding shop Manager. We drove our vehicle with a blown tire into the parking lot after hours. Aleks was working yet and came out to help. That evening he put in an order for a new tire with paper estimate in hand to us. We stayed at a nearby hotel. Alexs had an employee pick us up the next day to take us back to the shop. Excellent communication so an additional thank you to Matt and Roman. An additional part was needed so additional work needed to be completed. The car was not yet ready. But the part was efficiently ordered, and repairs completed in a timely manner. This was all communicated to us. Aleks then offered to drive us home! An hour away! Alex and staff provided outstanding service and I would highly recommend this Midas establishment! I asked to have the tech look at the screws that were broke off above the spark plugs. I was assured both before and after that the tech will and did resolves the broken screws issue. When I got home and looked the broken screws were still there. I paid 127$ for 30 mins of service. Maybe that's a minimum but that still feels way too high especially since one of my 2 requests wasn't resolved.

Called approximately 45 minutes prior to closing and they were able to get me in without an appointment, took care of my concerns, great communication, were able to get me on the schedule the following day, and were friendly and welcoming!! I also witnessed the service staff accommodate other customers well after closing time with vehicle pick ups and service. This will be my go to service center in the future!!

The oil change was prompt, however the site to schedule I used a week earlier said they would get back to me within the next business day and never did. I called to schedule and told mechanic this. He said the site wasn't working.

This car service took quite a while because to change a headlight the tires have to be removed and whole front clip has to be lowered. Not expected or told about the process to be aware of time.

They claimed to have topped off all the fluids as part of the oil change but obviously did not. When I returned home I looked under the hood and saw an empty coolant reservoir and a leaking mess (Toyota uses a red coolant so one can not miss seeing it) coming from the water intake line.
