Engine diagnostics done but no written estimate of repairs or exact details. Oral estimate given was higher than average. Complete brake job reccomended with no details. Didn't ceck tires as requested. Failed to call back as promised with more information.

Workers were great. They had to do some creative work to fix the issue. The car is quiet, indicating it was not the muffler alone. I didn't give the ultimate high rating, because I just had the work done; not 100% sure if this is a long lasting fix.

Went in just expecting a routine oil change and tire rotation, advisor recommended that I get the front brake pads and rotors replaced and I figured it was time. They were able to get that and the oil change done at the same time same day which was nice that I didn’t have to reschedule.

Were able to do the work right away. Listened to what I wanted and found the right tire for my needs. Both the person who I dealt with initially as well as a young man named Ryan who worked in the bay area were really pleasant. Much cheaper than the dealership. Who incorrectly said I currently had Bridgestone (they were Michelin) and even had the wrong tire size down. Not a lot of confidence there. I might be bringing my car to Midas for its oil changes etc. from now on.

My girlfriend called me about her cars problem that has been intermittent fir a while . Working 6 days a week made it impossible to work on myself. I made an appointment the previous day. Dropped it off the next morning. The following day , I picked up the car. Fantastic repairs . I couldn’t be happier. Yes it was expensive but I didn’t have to fix it myself.

My mew manifold gasket should have been installed correctly and tested “BEFORE” letting me drive away. I had almost no control of my car due to extremely poor acceleration/heavy smoke & gas fumes.
