Dan Monty went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of. I called ahead after the ball joint broke in the middle of. Parking lot. He took care of everything. It felt great to be able to trust the entire process. From receiving my vehicle off the tow truck, to when I came to pick my vehicle up and drive it back home. He and his team brought the vehicle back to life. I greatly appreciate it all.

Professional premium service

I was stranded; my EV had a flat tire with no spare, and my home was 50 miles away. I called on a Saturday morning and Dan very nicely got us all set with a new tire once we gave him the information from my old one. By the time the tow truck arrived with my car, the tire was waiting! They were overbooked on that day, and one technician had left, so they were scrambling to complete the work they had scheduled, yet they were able to work on my problem. After the stress the night before from being stranded in a strange city without a phone, Dan's willingness to help and get me back on my way was such a a relief!

I was a walk-in with a exhaust leak. They were busy, but still took a look and provided a quote to repair my exhaust. They were able to take me in and did the work in 60 minutes. I expected that I would need to schedule appointment, but they were able to complete my repair that day.

I've been to this location many times and without fail, they fix the problems, explain what they are doing and do it at what I consider a fair price.

I just feel like the price for tires was too expensive for me, while I may not be able to get the exact same tires for a better price I know that I can get comparable tires for much cheaper. The team was very kind and honest but the pricing was too high

I was able to drop off my tire to be looked at without an appointment. They called once it was fixed for me to come in so they could put the tire back on the car & take the spare off & back in the trunk.

Joe explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about my car troubles. I was apple to drop my car off at a high peak and they still were able to service me. I went out of town and by the time I came back my car was fixed!

I spoke with Marc Johnson. He suggested getting the serpentine belt replaced and the coolant flushed at the same time since they could all be done at once and at a discount since the serpentine belt had to be removed to replace the water pump and the coolant could be flushed at the same time. I knew I needed to do all those things but didn't know they could all be done at once. He was exceptionally helpful.

I would have preferred to bring car in when there was time to complete job. Intake on monday am recieved on wed aft.

The associate was best at explaining the problem and gave better suggestions to car repair after hearing my situation.

My experience started on a snowy Saturday afternoon. I shredded a tire and Midas was the closest place. They took my tire off, put the spare on, and followed up with me on Monday. I got in an accident that day so waited to follow up with them until I could bring the vehicle back. They ordered the new wheel and got it prepped without me even calling, then when I called to schedule, I was in the next day and on the road within an hour. Super impressed with the team and excited to return for all my vehicle needs moving forward!

Marc & Brian were wonderfully helpful, I brought in my car needing an inspection ASAP as I was running out of time for the 3 day lemon law thing after I bought a new car without having it inspected, but I was sandwiched between this and New Years Eve, so nobody in the city would take it in time (I called literally 10+ places). Marc (I think, I had the blue 2000 Honda Accord) let me drop it off and had it done the following morning, clean bill of health which is just what I needed for some peace of mind with my purchase. Saved my hide, these individuals deserve a raise

My car had needed new tires for awhile. A winter storm hit the area with super cold wind chills. I first took my car to ford for new tires; but they gave everyone the day off. I called midas on park street from the ford parking lot to make sure they were opened; which they were. I nursed my car over there. They put four new tires on the car at a good price. The supplier stopped delivering tires so the midas people picked the tires up from the supplier. By this time it was closing time. They told me they could finish the job that night or I could pick up the car the next day. I asked what the technician wanted to do as I know some people would want to go home and not stay. They said they were willing to stay but I told them to just wait and go home to their families and finish the job in the morning. They thanked me and my car was ready in the morning. I was so grateful for them.

It took a bit longer than usually but that’s no worries
