Vehicle radiator was leaking and empty. But oil change was done as the same location less than a year ago, which means they did not top the coolant as they say they always do. Somebody needs to look into this and see this franchise location actually does top off coolant at the time of oil change.

I requested the Midas team diagnose an issue, which they successfully diagnosed and provided a quote. Per the quote they wanted to charge me $278 for parts from Napa, which I could buy directly from Napa for $57. I think a $221 markup for the parts is absolutely ridiculous. They estimated a little over an hour to replace the parts, which also seemed somewhat excessive, but it paled in comparison to the parts markup. That was on top of the $50 to diagnose when I came in knowing what the problem was, and there would be no credit for the $50. Will never use Napa again even though they are a few blocks from my house.

Living on a prayer and my credit card the nice man told me he had a tire that fit and I could come in at 3:00pm! The cost came out to $220.00!! At this point I’m stressed out to the MAX! But I had to get it taken care of to get to work next week…my son and I used what trash tools we had and got the tire off and the donut on! Yay! Made it to Midas earlier than scheduled to find out the tire could be fixed! It only cost $40.00! I could have cried the way the whole day went! The gentleman was so nice and helpful, and I am so very appreciative, and greatful for honest understanding mechanics he could have sold me a new tire but instead they fixed it for me! After the inspection it was clearly explained to me why my check engine light was on and which parts may need to be replaced. They also told me how much everything would cost beforehand and were very quick with the service they provided. The workers were super friendly!

Fix online appointment scheduler: I made two appointments at a different location in Madison and never received a confirmation. I scheduled an appointment at a different location for an oil change and alignment and only received the oil change.More care from technicians: When servicing my vehicle, the technician drove needlessly aggressive in the parking lot. When putting my vehicle on the lift, the technician opened my door into the lift pillar, scratching it. I was not notified of this accident by the technician nor management.

It's extremely loud and obvious (my family can hear it from inside the house when I'm pulling into or out of the driveway), and it should not have been returned to me in this condition. I'll have to take it back. This should have been noticed by the tech after the repair was made -- if they didn't take it for a quick test drive after making the repair, then they should have.

As soon as I brought my vehicle in, it was told to me exactly what was wrong. They had to order a muffler they said it would take between one and two hours. It was an hour and a half. This location said they did not do the 5 point break inspection, even though when I made the appointment online, it said the location could do it. And on my recipient, I was billed for the 5 point break inspection service when they did they don't do it. On the recipient it said I would receive a written report on my break pads, rotors, the hydraulic system ect, but I was not provided that. They billed me for specific services they said they did not do. Midas is lying to their customers and providing subpar service.

After I made an online appointment at night I got a call at the start of the next day to make final arrangements. It wasn't great that the price of the tires I wanted changed, but it didn't change much and the convenience of knowing eactly when to bring in the car and when I would get it back really helped.
I went in because some of my lights were out and although I did not have an appointment, the people at Midas did not allow me to leave without fixing the problems that would have put my safety and that if others in jeopardy. I took my car to get a second opinion on the service options for replacement of brakes and axle bar links as recommended by the brand dealership. The Midas folks evaluated my vehicle and gave me a better picture of what was going on and made suggestions that I thought was more appropriate of what was need instead simply recommending the changes suggested by the dealership and making me spend money unnecessarily. I thought I had a mechanical problem but it was that at my last oil change the indicator was not reset. I had asked Midas to check over the car since I had it in there and they were very thorough and billed me only for that service and provided very clear
I purchased an oil change with a coupon. I have a leak I wanted a professional mechanic to diagnose. The mechanic would not remove the undercarriage plate to see where leak was coming from. It was 4 bolts took less than 5 minutes for me laying on my back. The leak is the axle seal on front differential. That could have been your repair if you had less lazy mechanics. I left midas without an estimate or diagnosis for the problem.
I have never been less than satisfied with my experience at this Midas location. I come back for regular service because of the excellent work provided by John and Alex and the other associates. They always communicate clearly about my car, what issues I should address and fix it at a fair rate. I am very happy with the relationship I have with my auto mechanics.
