On Monday December4,th,2023 I went into the shop to make an appointment for an oil change. The computer network was down. Returned later that morning and was told that the earliest I could get in was on Tuesday December 5th,2023 at 11Am.Worked for meAll is good

The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was because the tires and deal I found on your website was not available when the representative called me. The only tires in the same price range were a much less quality tire.

Before moving to Manitowoc I was told when you get up to Manitowoc and when your car needs service Go to Midas On Calumet Ave.Based on another Automotive Service Tech in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He gave me these tips. This Midas Shop has honest tech's, There service is very good. And are not overly priced like some places.I have found all of the above to be true.6 years later I am still well impressed with the service that I have recievied at this Midas Shop. My experience did not have any problems at all.

Brian did a great job explaining the issues with my van and the different in prices between tire purchases. We called at the end of the day and he didn't rust us through the process.

Price is a little bit higher than the local repair shop we normally stop at. Also we did not receive a phone call to let us know our vehicle was ready and we were under the impression that was going to be the case based on our conversation when we had when we dropped it off.

When I called I was scheduled the very next day due to my problem including brakes. I don't want to drive with bad brakes. When I got to Midas my car was examined, I was told what my cost was going to be & I was out of there in an hour.

Nothing special. Asked for an oil change and for a tire rotation. Prices are okay and their website needs work. Tire pressure was wrong and I had to fill them up more.
