I brought my '08 F-150 in to this location to have the leaf springs replaced. The service team encountered a much larger challenge with my truck than we all expected and prevailed. The repair looks great and performs like it should. The truck feels stable on the road and is easier to drive now.

My appointment was at 10 and I didn't get out of there until 11:40. Computer problems at checkout and check in. My in cabin air filter was on the cusp of needing replacement. If you had told me you didn't have it in stock I would have said let's do it next time and you could have had it ready for me the next time. Instead I had to wait for another 45 minutes for delivery. You didn't tell me until 5 min b4 it arrived and then said I could cancel it if I wanted. I think I should get a free oil change in 6 months.
