Labor is very high!!!!

Everyone was very polite, pointed out another issue got that got fixed in just a few hours. Very pleased on my first visit at Midas.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Thought it would be an easy fix, was not. Explained the time limit needed and was met very well. Even got a ride home so I did not have to wait all day. Know from experience with other shops that it would have been much more expensive. Trust them to do the job right and make everything safe without selling a bunch of other things that might not be due right now, although they do tell you if something is really needed. And they do understand the higher prices today and actually feel for the final price.

They had availability the next day after I called, they had the lowest prices on oil changes in my area. I was absolutely impressed with the fact that it only took 30 minutes for the work to get done.

I was pleased with the service i received. I just feel there is always something that can be done better.

I made an appointment for 11 a.m. and got in within 15 minutes of the scheduled time which really surprised me. The manager told me my battery was under the passenger seat and there was as much room to operate with the manual seat control as Jeeps with an electric control.All of which I had not known.

I was early to my appointment and yet they took my vehicle in. It took probably about 25 minutes and my vehicle was done. I was super impressed because I went to Tires Plus and waited a whole evening for a service. I plan on going back to Midas for future maintenance!

We have used this Midas business our entire marriage. The owners are honest, good workers and especially nice.

I came in for a grinding noise on my Buick rendezvous and they said it was fixed paid $54 and the noise is still there so now I have to pay someone else to do it which it turned out to be back brakes so not really sure why I had to pay anything
