Had exhaust leak. It was fixed in a couple hours at a great price.

There was no waiting at my appointed time. The service was relatively quick, and the light colored interior was still clean when the car was returned. The rep went over the findings with me and made appropriate suggestions for future maintenance. Good experience.

Can in for a brake job and oil change. Was told that I really didn’t need a brake job because my paps were still at 50%. The guy took his time to explain it to me. He knew that I thought I needed brakes because of the squeaky noise that I was having. He told me that my brakes were at 50% and I would probably still hear the noise but I didn’t need new brakes.

Well very impressed with the whole experience I was given at this location I will be back for my service thank you.

Getting more expensive each visit

The metal piece that attached to my car during the snowstorm fell off on my way to Midas, which I wasn’t aware. They inspected the bottom of my car and said everything was fine. No charge since he said they didn’t do anything. But they did take the time to inspect it on a very busy day for them. I was very impressed by that!

The time it took to find the part needed for repair. And the amount of communication throughout the process was lacking. Took 2 1/2 days for job to be completed

Scott and his staff did an excellent job on my 2004 Grand Marquis! Scott went over everything that was checked and done including electrical system, complete oil change and filling of fluids, and showing me that the rear shocks needed replacement eventually. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service at the Midas location, 1230 S. Green Bay Rd., Racine, Wi. 53406 that was given on Sept. 13, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. ( I continually go to Midas and this location to have my work done as I trust Midas!). They are much more reasonable than the local competition. THANKS SCOTT AND STAFF! Oil change and brake inspection took over 2 1/2 hours. We were going to return to have the brakes repaired, but after leaving the store the brakes were was worse than before.

I felt the wait time of things wasn't necessarily. I had come in for a replacement of my compressor going out after it was replaced back in Oct. Think if they knew might been a issue could have one on hand instead of me waiting an extra three hours for one to come. Then it deem whoever the GM at the Racine store isn't very personable. To his employees, he said something about a warranty wasn't sure he was talking about us or something else. I still wasn't given an explanation if this new part I recieve; will it be under warranty for another 12 months and 12,000 miles? Thanks.

They were very accurate with fixing my leak in my oil gasket in they didn't take but overbite to get everything fixed

John and Rick were thorough, professional and very helpful. You can tell they take customer service to heart. At the end of the service, the key stuck in the ignition and a door randomly lost power. Without any issue, they resolved both of these problems and explained what they found. It's difficult to find good customer service these days. I'll be taking my vehicle back to these guys FOR SURE! I had just brought my car in for a full inspection elsewhere. There were minimal issues. Everything had been fixed. The sway link chain was broken, and midas fixed that and aligned the car. However the mechanic wrote there were a million things wrong that ARE NOT wrong including a recommendation to replace tires that were replaced a week prior. All the suggestions are insane as they aren't factual. Car still pulls to the left after alignment. It was suggested the axel wasn't in place, but nobody called to ask if we wanted that looked at too and fixed. Took it elsewhere after and they stated that it's either IN or NOT. There is no middle, and since there's no leaking, everything was in place. Midas gave me bogus estimates and bogus recommendations. Won't be back.

I was told 45 minutes and was there more than an hour and a half. Then my car has been shaking and my husband is a truck driver and can’t look at it until the weekend.

I called to check on the price of the service I recieved. Once the service was completed, the price was more than quoted, by the associate taking payment. I noted the discrepancy, and the associate simply ignored that I'd said anything. I chose Midas because of the lower price, and paid more for the service. Sure not the best way to keep customers!!!

The service manager gave one answer to the problem but when I picked up the car the problem was not fixed. I brought the car in again, left it to be repaired for the same problem and was told that the original problem was fixed but the problem wasn’t resolved; I would have to come back a third time to have another repair done— for $1000 in addition to the $700 I’d already paid. I’m not going back there, ever.

Keep appointments scheduled. I had a 4:00 appointment which I missed an hour of work to get to. My car was not touched until 5:30. Utterly ridiculous!

Service is good overall.The only delay is communication between protect my car extended maintenance insurance and midas when it comes to prompt payment.I always just pay out of pocket then have to wait until midas finally puts the money back on my debit card.That usually takes more time than actual maintenance or repairs.

I find that Midas has the best prices on oil changes with their coupons and many of the coupons include tire rotation which is usually a larger up charge at most other places. They got me in and out quickly and look everything over.

Had a hub replaced on 2014 Chevy van but that has not fixed the problem. In driving out of the store it was the same as it was with a low speed pull to the right when the brakes are applied. Very disappointed in the results.
