Midas is the one trusted place where you can drop your vehicle for end to end service and inspection..They have quality technicians who fix the problem permanently with lesser cost. they proactively identify the problem and suggest you to replace the parts. good friendly front office and technicians are very friendly .the way they handle the customer and reported issue is mind blowing. i always go with midas from the day i purchase my car. Had an associate tell me I had to get differant product than i wanted.
Did not receive a copy of my courtousy inspection. Had to request information to receive my factory scheduled maintenance. The estimate took a long time to generate.
Tire rotation was not perfomed
My scheduling was easy and the work was done faster than I expected. I brought my car in for what I assumed was wrong and after an inspection the problem was something else. Everything was explained plainly.

Most Midas customers probably drop their cars off for next-day scheduled services. Since I was getting new tires, I waited. There was no one else in the waiting area while I was there. Of course, no magazines to read. The check of my car apparently did not turn up anything needing urgent attention. After the tires had been installed, my car was waiting outside. I paid with a charge card, then left.
