I have been going to midas for years now. Great people and great service.

I really hate these surveys after every time I do business with someone. When I was still working, I'd have hated it if a customer was asked to judge me every time I dealt with a customer.I didn't rate it highly satisfied because I don't know whether the repairs made will hold up or fail. Only time will tell. Ask me again a year from now.

invoice# 0009578. On 12/28/23 I had an emergency issue with my rear brakes that needed immediate attention. I first stopped at Firestone, however they were completely booked up and could not get me in. Midas was across the street so I though I would try there. Ken there was able to assess the issue. Ken said the rear brakes where in bad shape needed immediate service. I never received a written detailed estimate. There was only a conversation over the phone where he quickly stated some numbers there, with no specific details and really not clear at all. Base on the severity of the situation I felt I had no choice but to let Ken proceed with the work. I did that thinking that Midas was a national brand name with integrity and competitive pricing. I was completelywrong. the final price came in at $1335.50 no where near the verbal number communicated quickly over the phone. I was shocked. I felt I had no choice but to pay it. I put on credit card only to find out $45.16 fee was applied which was never communicated up front. I was also charged $41.36 in shop fees! I am outraged at the final cost. I called the day before for an oil change appointment. They got me in promptly the next morning. When I got there, they immediately took my car in. It was completed within a very reasonable time frame.

Went to have tires installed and balanced found rims to be a little corroded on the bead they cleaned it up installed everything and for a great price

I understand inflation is killing everybody. But inflation on auto parts made it so that I couldn't even get my vehicle repaired. And now I have to park it until I can. There's no reason that when I go to the auto parts store and look up the parts. They're around $800 for all my parts I need. But going to a Midas location. They told me that the parts would cost over $1700. Add in almost a $1000 markup on all the parts I need is ridiculous and I definitely will not be going back unless the prices start coming down.

I came in with two little kids and a dog. They put cartoons on for my kids, and went and found a water bowl for my dog!

Great and prompt service

Owner was very informative about the problem and even showed me the exhaust system while the car was on the hoist. Cost was much cheaper than at the dealer. After receiving the estimate I was able to have the service done the very next day.

Concerns were promptly addressed, issues identified and repairs completed ... all within a very reasonable amount of time.

I was walked out to my vehicle to see the issue. Time was taken to answer my questions. There was going ro be no charge for an inspection which is nice but not a good place to begin making money. Thanks you for being nice, thorough and not charging me an arm and leg like the Chevy dealer wanted to.

The people in Wausau were very helpful, they worked with me to come up with a good solution to fit my budget, provide a ride back home so they could fit the vehicle into their schedule and completed the work that same day. They did a great job!!

I inquired with the fine gentleman behind the counter as to when the earliest available time would be for an oil change on my carriage, and he obliged me by offering to do it himself. He then offered me a cool beverage and a comfy space to rest me weary traveled head. The job was finished in a flash, and I paid my fees due and was on my way lickety split to my new destination. Cheerio!

They took my car in immediately upon arrival for servicing. The oil change was completed while I waited. Other services/repairs that may be needed in the near future were explained to me in detail and in terms I could understand, along with estimates. Recommendations for automotive care and maintenance were discussed.

Came in early , took my vehicle right in , brought out the two light bulbs and showed me damage, replaced both within the hour

Kenny always gets my car promptly in for service when my car has issues. This time it was overdue for an oil change and I was aware that something else was going on but not quite sure what it was. He and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and they worked over their lunch hour so that I could get my three boys to the dentist on time. My Ford Expedition gets a lot of wear and tear, many miles and it has experienced a variety of problems in the past several months. The Midas team has resolved almost every issue and if they didn’t have the right tool (a recent air conditioning fix), they called the right contact at a nearby dealership and scheduled my service for me. They simply go above and beyond to handle car needs.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff at this Midas location. Kenny was very polite and courteous at the front desk and also informed me of other areas of concern on my vehicle that needed attention.

Ken did a tremendous job. From inspection to completion.

Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to explain things to me. I wanted a wheel hubcap replaced and they were able to find 4 new ones for me at a reasonable price.

Seems that I overpaid for the services I purchased here verses going to a locally-owned small business (a non franchise vehicle service center/garage).

I stopped in at Midas without an appointment. The owner, Kenny Laffin, and one mechanic took my vehicle for a drive They came back, confirming my concern regarding my brakes. I brought my vehicle back about an hour later, as I had a dentist appointment. They took my vehicle in immediately. I was given a ride home, so I did not need to wait while my car was being serviced. They were also able to identify the source/problem as to why my Check Engine light was on. They replaced a broken EVAP purge valve during that same visit. I am VERY pleased with the professional and personable service I received.

Ken Laffin was my contact and was very helpful in explaining what could have been the problem and generally how it was remedied. It was a fair price for service and knowledge offered. all my vehicles go there if and when there is an issue.

Great value. I like the coupons I get in the mail for an oil change and free tire rotation. This is why I go to Midas instead of the store I purchased my tires at-even though I get a free tire rotation there as well.

Be more honest about pricing and don't blame problems on the computer.The owner and his 2nd obviously have no idea how the computer works in conjunction with parts price input and invoicing.There's no excuse for charging one price up front and invoicing $115 less than that and expecting the client (me) to believe that 'all is well' and it's just a computer glich.
