This is where we go for any and all our vehicle needs. We've been using this location for over ten years now.

Well, first off everything that was quoted was a higher price when it was finally done. They claimed to have not checked something properly and then couldn’t finish the alignment because they couldn’t get a bolt or something to move. It was very confusing what they were trying to explain. They took over two hours longer than they quoted and charged me an extra $200 and then couldn’t even finish what they were supposed to (the alignment) and then wanted me to pay an additional almost $400 for them to even be able to do the alignment which would still cost another at least hundred dollars.

Wrong parts ordered first time but was fixed without issue wrong CV axle ordered also was fixed without issue.

I had an appointment and was told it would be an hour. I was there for nearly an hour and a half, but they were very busy.

Mason has been very thorough with all that is needed for maintaining our vehicle and options for engine heater. The service and staff have always been courteous and professional.

They took the time to make sure that they got the right muffler and installed it professionally very satisfied and excellent work

I was asked if I preferred synthetic or normal oil with the change. The condition of the oils in the transfer case and the rear differential were explained.

The work on my car was well done. The mechanic’s drive test drive before and after we’re a great determiner in diagnosing the wheel bearing problem and solution. I take my car to Midas whenever I have a big issue and have always been satisfied with the service I have received.

There were unforseen communication issues with the service I was receiving. Not only did the representative at the counter own up to their part of the issue, but they did what they could do to make it right.

Mack is a pretty phenomenal talent

The random fees that I was charged and on top of that charged twice. The fact that an associate broke a clip to my transmission line and blue transmission fluid all over the place and had me broke down on the side of a highway with three kids in my car. The fact that they were going to charge me to get my car towed because of a mistake they made. They made no attempt to get me a reasonable size loner.

The service was terrible.Saying we didn't tell the truth about it and said We had made the damage to the glove box.We had not touched the glove box to fix the heater.We taken it in twice and it worked for a week and now it needs fixed again as the heater isn't working AGAIN.The computer on the car said it is the 08.But we are women and they fill like they can talk down to us as if we don't know what we are talking about.We have paid over six hundred dollars to get it fixed and still not working.
