The Quick Once Over
I was heading over to the interior for the long weekend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with my vehicle. They easily accommodated me with a quick inspection and noticed an issue with the engine light. They spent a significant amount of time to "chase down" the issue and easily explained what the issue was and that it was nothing to worry about. No additional charges, fees or extras were charged, just the time to locate the issue. Thanks for the piece of mind!

Tire repair
I pulled in with a flat tire and even though all their bays were full as soon as one was free they pulled me in and fixed my tire. Out in 30 minutes. Great efficient service. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, full auto shop, from lube to brakes, electrical and more.Top level management with Tyler and Sarah,always helpful and friendly. I needed electrical diagnostics and repairs on my vehicle and Terry was outstanding. This is my auto shop, and I highly recommend Colwood Midas.

Great Customer service from management and mechanics. 
I had a fantastic experience at midas . The level of professionalism is top notch. The manager and mechanic took the time to explain the situation with my vehicle . I've only rated 4 stars because I just couldn't get passed the price they offer for a brake job. That being said if you have the dough , these might be the right people to come and see.

Amazing Service
The guys at Midas really take care of you! Twice now I've brought my ol' grandfather of a jeep (1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee) in and walked out with a reasonable bill, once it was even $0. How often can you say that when a 99 car limps into a shop? No BS fees or rates. Other places would give me a list the length of my arm of things I should fix, but Midas works on what I need, and gives me a heads up about anything else they noticed. No pressure, no random extras, no stress. I can't recommend the service station in Colwood highly enough.

Good and friendly service
I have taken my car in for regular maintenance to Midas Victoria (Colwood) for many years and they have always provided good service at a reasonable price. This visit the service included replacing the motor oil, inspect fluid conditions, perform a complete multi point courtesy check, rotate and inspect all tires, set tire pressure, inspect braking system and test battery. He did mention to me that the power steering fluid was low, but on the report it indicates that the Coolant or the Brake Fluid is low and there is a fluid leak (oil underneath). If it was the power steering fluid, I wonder why he just didn't top it off for now, as then we could see if it gets low again. It's an older vehicle. But now I' not sure whether its the Brake fluid or the Coolant that shows in the report. The technician notes, P/S reservoir at "min" line. So I'm wondering why they just didn't top it off for now. It may need more time and possibly a part but I'm concerned that he didn't top it off for now. The service I received was friendly and seemed to go well.

As a repeat customer, I have always enjoyed going to Midas for the fact that they're honest in their estimate. They don't sugar coat the descriptions of what is needed to be done or how much the finial cost will be. Depending on what they find once they start taking things apart of course. I would highly recommend their service.

I recently had to have an exhaust system re-installed on a Westfalia because there were several leaks. I took it to Midas because we have always found them to be honest and diligent over the 12 or so years we have been taking our cars to them. They got the van in immediately without an appointment and did a great job re-installing and repairing all the leaks. A few details: When I explained the problem, I was told to come back in about an hour for the estimate. They finished it early, so Dave (the manager) came to find me at Tim Horton's to let me know! He gave a very clear idea of what the work would involve and a realistic estimate of possible expenses. The young guy to did the work (have forgotten his name) did a great job that came in well below the 'worst case scenario' estimate. In short, they did a great job. I appreciate the company's integrity, professionalism and excellent service. Would highly recommend them to others. David Higgins (Also posted a similar review on Yelp and Google reviews and gave an excellent review over the phone when Midas called for consumer opinion).

Fantastic
My car was slow to start on a Saturday morning as I had to get to the airport for 7am to pick my husband up. I figured it was the battery. Made it to the airport and back. Called Midas on Island Hwy at 0830 and they got me in right away. Replaced the battery and was good to go in 2.5 hours. The dealership couldn't get me in until Monday at noon. Great service!
