Great customer service and fast service

Placed order online. Took my car and dropped it off a scheduled time. Tires were never ordered. Got a call as to why my car was there next day. Tires ordered but wrong tires. Service desk had no clue I ordered online. Service desk did not know about promotion of buy 3 tires get one free plus free alignment. Service desk said they did not know what to charge me even though price was online. 5 days later my tires were installed. Went to go pick up my car and no one was at service desk. Mechanic was sitting in lobby and said service man was in bathroom. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked Mechanic to go check on him. He was not in bathroom just in back room oblivious that anyone was even there. I even called the phone but no one came out to answer. He promised me a free oil change but gave me no document for anything. I must say I was not impressed.

Friendly and efficient

The staff made what normally would be an unpleasant experience (car repair & maintenance) a pleasant one. They were competent, friendly, timely and helpful.

I did not have a problem with the whole service experience. My issue is that there isn’t any sports channels on the tv in the waiting room. I’d recommend getting a sports package for the tv so that the customers can watch sports entertainment while getting their vehicles serviced. There are other oil change facilities that offer this. An ESPN sports package would go a long way to satisfying your customers. It would probably generate more revenue for your store.

Great customer service

I was charged $37 for three extra quarts of oil. The Groupon called for five quarts. I understood. However, I brought my own oil to top in off. Steve wouldn’t let me use it. “Company policy,” he said. It should have been my choice to use my own oil. All I paid for was a Groupon for a filter and five quarts. I knew that. But, to pay $37 extra dollars made for an expensive oil change. It also to 80 minutes to complete. There were two employees and just two vehicles that needed work. 80 minutes?

Got me into the shop promptly. Was very courteous and explained repairs needed very well.

The manager on duty was extremely helpful. I decided if the manager from last time was there that I would leave.

My tire light came on and was leaking air. I had bought the tires in Utah at Big O Tires, which there are no Big O Tires stores near where that location. I was worried about the warranty on the tires, which we paid extra for, and didn't want to pay for another tire. The technicians were super friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. The service was faster than what I was expecting and they honored the warranty I had on my tire. Overall a fantastic experience!!! Also, there should be an option to tip if you are paying by credit card. They absolutely deserve it!!

I tried multiple times to get service at this Midas location. The manager wouldn't let me make an appointment, wouldn't tell me how long I'd have to wait, lied to me about having Dexos oil and stated, contrary to GM's printed information, that their oil would not void my car' warranty. The manager's general demeanor was dismissive and somewhat insulting and I will never go back to this, or any other, Midas service station for the rest of my life! I seriously can't believe they're even in business.

Did not fix my car right and had to take it to other midas shops

The web advertised pricing was not consistent with what I experienced in the shop. As well, the on-line appointment process did not work as I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the promised response to my requested appointment, then calling the shop and was told that there were problems with the on-line scheduling and to bring my vehicle in. I'll skip the on-line business next time and just drop in as that seemed to work best.

When mechanic pulled in front end of truck he broke the hub bearing and caused my vehicles traction Control light to blink and it wouldn’t go over 10 MPH. I called to see what work had been done and this is what the rep told me. I asked her to give me and estimate of what I needed to fix my vehicle and she stated she would call me back and never did. She seemed as though she didn’t care. My vehicle wasn’t doing that before I brought it. Thankfully I own a mechanic shop and fixed the truck. The customer service is just not up to par.

Not the mechanics fault...the parts were TWICE delivered to the wrong shop..thats what caused my longer wait. They were very nice.

I was able to schedule my appointment the same day. I was called immediately after scheduling. This happened on a holiday. I was shocked to find you all open. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly. They got my car in right away. They did a systems check and then told me what all was needed. 2 rotors and front and rear pads. They kept me updated on how much longer. I had my 2 year old with me and they were just so friendly and accommodating to us both.
