Service was fast & the Customer service was great
After waiting for an oil change the oil filter fell off after starting my vehicle but an employee seen the problem brought it to the attention of the manager and had the service technician take care of it ,and it was a faulty oil filter, not the service technicians fault. I feel confident of taking my vehicle their and highly recommend to my friends and family.
Mr Robert and his staff very pleasant and knowledgeable and letting me know what's the best option for me or my car. It's good to find a shop that treats ones fair or even go out there way to be fair as possible! Thank you for that.

There was nothing other than the price and they were able to do an oil change that day. What I didn't like was how long it took to get written up and the one of the employees at the desk was sick.
Robert called me and told me that my car needed front brake pads and rotor. He told me that it will cost $1100+ total. I told him not to do it because of the cost. I went somewhere else same service and it only cost me $370.
Parvin and his associate at the front desk were knowledgeable and friendly.
The gentlemen at the desk were exceptional! Customer service with just the right amount of playfulness and professionalism. The job they did was satisfactory; car drives/sounds great! It was just a thing on my list to do, but much to my surprise, I actually really enjoyed my visit! Thanks guy!!

I will NEVER go back and I'm telling everybody and anybody to NOT use Midas. After doing the oil change the technician didn't put all the pins in when putting my drip pan back on and it was scraping when I was driving. Came back and they put the pins in that they didn't when they first did the work. Also told me they had to use zip ties. Called the next day to ask if it was damaged and the guy said they didn't check and to bring it back in to get it up on the lift. I asked if they would replace it as they didn't put it back on correctly. He told me NO. Then he said it wasn't damaged. Why would he ask me to come in to check? He only changed when I said they needed to replace it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Thanks for effing up my car and not taking responsibility for it.

There is always room for improvement. The people I talked to were clearly mechanics and not office managers. As such- the shop manager was a bit disoriented and somewhat un-organized. This did not really effect my case- but it did effect the people in front of me and I could see how that might leave some customers with a bad impression. I thought the service was terrific and the staff very knowledgeable, and that makes up for a little disorganization in my book. And BTW- this is not just Midas- I see this in other shops too - mechanics are not office managers, and maybe weren't meant to be? Thank you.

I came for a oil change. The oil drain plug was damaged apparently due to using the wrong size wrench when loosening and/or tightening. The drain plug was not even tightened as oil was dripping out from the drain pan when I got home.
Appointment was easily scheduled, price was very competitive, work completed slightly ahead of schedule.
