There is a huge oily shoe print that was not cleaned up and left for me to take home. I took a picture of it. Most places will vacuum the vehicle too. Mainly upset my car was not given back in the same cleanliness as I brought it in. I didn't notice until I was home already.

Everything went fine. Service was fine. Office staff was competent and pleasant. I’m just not a highly satisfied respondent on a first visit.

Messed up by putting window washer fluid in my radiator. They failed to mention this to me. I found out when I got home and smelled antifreeze and checked under the hood. I found antifreeze on the radiator like it had been over flown or something. Initially, I thought I had a leak, but since my truck is only a 2019, this was very unlikely, but I inspected and found no leak. I checked the reservoir and it was nearly empty but wasn’t when I dropped off my truck. Also, I found blue liquid on the dip stick for the radiator reservoir. My vehicle requires the red type. They didn’t mention this nor did they refill the radiator. If they would have just mentioned, “hey we messed up and accidentally put window washer fluid in the wrong spot, but we drained it and blah blah”. It wouldn’t have been a big deal. But since they failed to mention this, I won’t be returning.

Midas has always provided top notch professional car care for all of my vehicles over the years.

Front desk service tech was very detailed about my break inspection because I thought I had some issues but came back to me and told me everything is looking brand new and gray and there are absolutely no worries to have. Your service providers did not give me accurate information about the condition of my vehicle, assured me it was up and running properly to get me to pay, and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle only then was I told about other issues that were not present before dropping it off and that I should’ve been told about before I paid for anything as they were issues with the transmission. In no way should they have cleared the vehicle to drive. Within 30 miles of leaving the shop, it broke down again on the side of the interstate with the same issues I took it in for. In taking it to another shop, they determined the service work had been done poorly as things they had claimed to fix were still a problem. I will never consider Midas in fixing a vehicle again.

I don't like it when employees are obviously upselling. When that happens it seems the business doesn't have the best interest of the customer at heart.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. This was my first time at Midas. It took almost 2 hours. That’s insane. I was also extorted for a cabin filter replacement. I didn’t hear the associate correctly as I thought he was telling me the service total and not the total for the air filter and labor. I Paid $180 for an oil change and an air filter. I’m just sorry I didn’t say something there. This is theft.

The overall experience was good. The techs were fast and friendly.

I was told I needed new struts. I told them I got new rear struts from Midas last summer and was told there was no record of it, but I have the receipt for them. I was also told I needed new tires, which I also got new tires last summer, and don't have that much milage on them. I felt like I couldn't trust what I really needed to have done. I usually feel confident coming to Midas but this time I felt like I was just trying to be sold unnecessary stuff this time.

I tried to be specific on this page but it would not let me. This overall experience has been the worst. I started with an online estimate request that went unanswered for over a week. The email notification says that I would get a call back in 30 minutes. I had to call in to get the estimate and was told that there were no spots available for at least a few days. However none of the online reservation spots were taken for that particular day. The completion date I was told then was only one day and then it took four. Lance was the person I worked with and while the initial interaction seemed good, that quickly faded away and soured the relationship. Lance did not appear to be interested in being honest and clear with his communication and in several conversations I caught him changing the reason something needed to be fixed on several occasions.
