Mechanic working on my vehicle spent more time on his cell phone than working on my vehicle. I did not complain to the manager just observed.
I just showed up without an appointment because my oil light lit up on my dashboard. I pulled into the lot and asked if I could be seen. I was told by the young man behind the desk that it would not be a problem. The service was fast and professional. I was also given recommendations plus a quote for additional services (my front brakes because I needed to pick up my son from the bus stop. This was my first time getting service from this company. I was very pleased and I liked the location. I will be getting my service there from now on.

My experience has always been good at the Davie location. The last service I received, the associate seemed uninterested in servicing me. He never told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. He just called me to tell me it was done. When I got there, another associate assisted me and he himself seem annoyed by him. I would still come back, however, I would probably prefer working with the other associates who seem more interested fixing my car and are pleasant.
I had an appointment for my car at 10:00 am. When I arrived there were two empty bays. I waited with my car. About five minutes after I arrived, they pulled two cars into the bays. I waited for about an hour and the manager offered to take me home and come back when the car was done. They had my car for almost 7 hours. When I was ready to leave with my car, a technician printed out an incorrect amount for what I owed which was the incorrect amount of about $999.61 which was about $136.00 more that was I owed. The manager made the correction. If I had not been paying attention could have incorrectly paid an extra $136.00 for a mistake a technician made in the billing process. I drove the car off the lot and my car was shaking terribly. I came back had another tech go with me to see what was going on. The tech who did the work tightened the rear brakes too much causing the front end to shake. They quickly resolved the issue. Overall, my experience with Midas was not good at all. The amount of time Midas had my car, problem with incorrect pricing, problem with completed work on my brakes. Not an experience Midas wants a customer to convey to any potential customers.

Ray & Bryce were exceptionally helpful when I arrived from New Orleans to aid my son who was admitted to the hospital. I took over his truck and realized it had a totally flat tire.These guys were sympathetic to my need to handle the problem & get to the hospital. Although the truck had more issues that needed repairing, Ray & Bryce kept me informed every step of the way. They closely monitored the route of the needed part & were prepared to finish the job the moment of its arrival. I have experienced good & bad service from repair shops in the past. This one was extraordinary. Thanks to these two guys!

I have been a loyal customer for multiple decades. I went to the West Palm Beach location and spent over $1000. The breaks were worse than ever.I then went to the location in Davie to see if they would be honest and able to correct the issues from the previous service. Unfortunately they lied to me and basically misled me by making unnecessary repairs and replacements suggestions.
I called corporate to complain. Next step will be with the business bureau.
The ease of scheduling an appointment was secondary to the reputation of the brand for the service needed.
Ease of experience. Got appointment quickly. Service options were explained. Pleased with overall experience.

Bad Car and Customer Service
I recieved an oil change and was given 10 other items needed to do. One was a $800 replacement of my oil pan. There was nothing wrong with my oil pan before bringing the car in. After taking the car the oil was leaking at a drop or two a minute and all over my driveway. Another mechanic fixed the leak Midas created for $30 by putting in the correct washer or O ring and the leak was fixed. there was NO reason for an $800 fix that was only created by giving Midas the car in the first place. Ridiculous. I also explained this to the Manager and they didn't respond appropriately at all and just dismissed me. Horrible Car and Customer service.

Train your personnel better. Teach the workers professionalism and courtesy when dealing with a customer. Teach them integrity and not to be dishonest when up saling a customer. Because I didn’t want to spend money to change my brake calipers (which I didn’t need) this man Raymond reduced to honor my lifetime brake guarantee and he refused to change my pads. He recorded me with his personal phone. He was discourteous and disrespectful and he called the police on me. I was embarrassed and as a result I will be taking legal action against Raymond, the owner Ansalmo and the the technician manny who fabricated his inspection and reported that I needed new calipers.
Be quicker. Oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 1/2 hours

Made an appointment for 12.00 waited until 1.15 and then asked what was the point of making an appointment as my car was still in the parking lot.Was told when I arrived it would take around one hour for the oil change but ended up taking two hours. Never recieved the tire rotation that was promised in my deal and when I questions why it wasn't performed was told the tires were too worn which is absolute BS.

Your pricing, especially your hourly rate is ridiculously high. The “hours” allocated to a “job” are also not fair. What I know can be done in 1 - 2 hours at the most you want to charge the customer 4-5 hours. Not honest in my opinion.
