I spent over $3000 on new brakes..now my brakes still seem to be grinding and making a noise. I need to bring it back in to see why this is happening
Many services totaling almost $3,000 were recommended. I came in only for brakes. When I said I only wanted new brakes put on other unnecessary "brake services" were forced upon me. My cost for brakes would have been over $700 which is double what I actually paid elsewhere. When I attempted to leave, the urgency of getting my brakes replaced then and now was relayed as "they don't sound good" when they hadn't been making any noise that day. When I was finally leaving, every effort was made for me not to leave.

He calculated the cost of the oil change with my coupon before servicing it, so I knew ahead of time what a great deal it was.My minivan was pulled into the garage right after that, so the work was completed in no time. I was advised that I need to keep an eye on my brakes since the rotars are beginning to pit. That's good to know. My minivan was pulled right up to the door when service was completed. First mention what will be your actual price instead of saying 49.99 as I was charged $60 change and don’t use your marketing tricks to attract and charge all the disposal fee and products fee etc. second when you say whole evaluation of the car like brakes, hoses and tires etc provide a sheet where you know all of them are intact which shows as an certification how good they all are not on the envelope you guys give the receipt. I asked them to have a closer look on the vehicle and post the service they told it’s all good as marked on the envelope but infact post service I am hearing weird kind of engine noise when idling. They didn’t even reset my maintenance light and oil change in the dash. I don’t significantly see the tyre rotation but I definitely doubt the services.

A tire was going low on an Enterprise rental car and we were told to go to Midas, Big O or Firestone to have service- Midas was closest. We were there for 2 1/2 hours only because the manager was on hold or being transferred and put on hold by Enterprise to get authorization to perform the needed work. Was finally told by Enterprise they would not authorize the repair. I called the Enterprise office we rented from who had instructed us to go to Midas and told them they could either pay for the tire we needed upon our vehicles' return, or I would have it removed. We'll see how that goes tomorrow when I return the vehicle. All the people in the Midas shop were incredibly patient and polite while being given the run around by Enterprise and performed the needed service quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.

I am new in the area and called several auto service shops to try to schedule an oil change for the coming week. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, I contacted the Midas shop in town and was able to bring my vehicle in within the hour! Came in for brake inspection, was told rear brakes needed to be replaced. We had just had them replaced May 2022, initially told the labor would be $400, but pads were free. Then after requesting better price, was offered $90 plus tax and fees. Originally asked for inspection for squeaking noise, was told it was from rear brakes, no squeaking after initial drive home, but 2 days later it now squeaks again when pushing brake pedal.
Was given detailed pricing about oil change and tire rotation up front. Inspection indicated possible brake work in near future but no pressure to get it done right now.

This is my go to location for an oil change. This is due to the extremely nice personnel who give that personal touch to the whole experience. They are prompt and informative with all aspects. If you leave your car their communication is great as to where they are in the process with accurate times for completion.
I’ve never had service with Midas before. I wanted to surprise my mom with an oil change on her car while I had it and called around to see if anyone could get it in and for a decent price. Gary asked if I could bring it in Monday as they were pretty busy but as soon as I said I couldn’t, I just wanted to get an oil change for my moms car while I had it, he said bring it in. The staff there is top notch. Gary’s customer service far exceeded my expectations. He was absolutely amazing to watch. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy and to tell you to have a great day. Customer service like his is very rare now a days and I truly appreciated how awesome his skills are. I have been using this Midas for a few years at this point. However, this previous experience has led me to never bring my vehicle here again. There was a lot of back and forth from the owner and techs ("your car is ready", "your car isn't ready"). There seemed to be a lot of confusion on what needed to be done and what didn't, when it would be ready. Got a text that is was done, phone call said yes it's done, then it was actually its not done. Next day I get a text quote for $6000 out of nowhere, talked with manager back and forth and got part of the engine fixed and got brakes done. Just seemed like no one was on the same page and communication was not great. The last time I was hear I felt like I way overpaid for things and this kind of solidified those thoughts; I don't think I can trust this location anymore and will look elsewhere for repairs

I came in 9 months pregnant and needed 2 tires changed out. I originally went to a tire shop across town and got scammed. Dino fit me in ASAP, made me feel welcome, and took care of the problem.
