It is consistent and easy to schedule and get work done. You get a full inspection and aren't pressured to get the work done on the spot but it does let you know what you need to keep an eye on. The pictures and report are great.
I needed to evaluate my vehicle to determine if I wanted to spend money on repairs or move on to a new car. Midas gave me an estimate for the parts and labor and charged me nothing for the inspection. I was very surprised they didn't want any payment for time invested.
I purchased a 3 year alignment option and feel it already paid off after being able to confirm proper alignment following the purchase of new tires.

My oil change was way overpriced and way more expensive than it was my last times at Midas. I knew many other shops did it for cheaper, but it was a nominal amount so I chose to support Midas. I will never do that again unfortunately due to their overpriced services and they would not honor my coupon either.
I came in for an oil change and to swap my winter for all season tires, and I needed to buy tires. They didn’t have the higher quality all season tires I was looking for in stock that day, so they just did the oil change and I made another appointment to come back for the tires. I had the old ties with me and asked them to recycle them for me. After I left they called to let me know that the two tires I had brought were almost brand new and that they would keep them for me until my appointment, where I would need to buy 2 tires instead of 4. I really appreciated that they looked out for me and went above and beyond with this customer service.

Excellent customer service, they detailed the service to be performed, met date and time of delivery of my vehicle, explained why I had to change the tire and the possible risks if not performed.
I received a quote for 4 tires, around $1000. This was much higher than Discount Tire ($450), Firestone ($600), and the Volkswagon dealer ($700). I did not choose to purchase tires from Midas due to the price. The oil change and alignment I received were reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner.
The employees are truly stand up humans. I have been to this location many times and I have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of in regards to unnecessary services, which is HUGE for me from past experiences at other places. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this Midas location and the employees who work there. Jeff has always been incredibly helpful and takes the time to explain any issues I’m having with my car. Not just what the issue is, but will go into detail why the issue is happening. He’s really great.
I think this business knows what they are doing. I trust their skill. And their analysis on my older cars. Hopefully they strive to continue to earn that trust. So far so good, for a number of years.

Both the gentleman working the counter and the mechanic that actually did the brake repair were friendly and helpful without being too pushy. My check engine light came on last week so I made my appointment for Saturday April 2nd and Royce at Midas had me in right away and they found out is was me needed a new gas cap. He check his prce ad said it was $50 so Royce told me just to Amazon and order gas cap. Then said there was no charge and took the check engine light. Service was excellent. They were very upfront with the current state of the car, what needed to be done and when. They provided me with options for what was needed and suggested when would be a good time to get it done, based on upcoming sales, etc.
