I was very impressed with the way Tibria and Adam explained everything in detail to me. Adam even showed me specifics under my hood and even under my car. They not only treated me with a high level of respect but as I watched them interacting with other customers, I saw how they respect and value all guests the same. I will never return because my car was leaking coolant and my engine head had 3 loose bolts after going in to Midas in Summerlin for a oil change. My car wasn't leaking any fluids before the oil change. 10 mins after I left from getting a oil change my car is leaking coolant and when I called Midas the mechanic said it was washer fluid, but it was coolant. My car overheaded the next day for the 1st time ever. Midas ruined my car purposely to get more service from me.

Came in for just an oil change, was quotes over $400 for a valve cover gasket to be replaced along with the oil change. The gasket did not need to be replaced. It was raining and I just didn’t want to change my oil as I’m going out of town. Highly disappointed with the attempt to peddle a service that was not needed.
Tibria is knowledgable and friendly and I always feel like I'm a valued client. She went out of her way last year to get me parts that I couldn't find anywhere. The service I receive is great, cost is reasonable, and it is always fair. I recommend this shop to all my friends as well.

Their claim they couldn’t get the differential plug out isn’t based in reality. They claim the attempt to remove it could crack the differential housing. After they wouldn’t check the fluid I took it next door to jiffy lube and they had no problem removing it and topping off the fluid. I think they were afraid I’d expect them to add fluid for the price of changing the oil when they wouldn’t inform me it was low so I could pay the additional cost. Risk damaging it further because it was low instead of informing me it needed more lube with their flimsy excuse instead.
The entire crew was extremely courteous and professional. My issue was quickly resolved without a problem. I will definitely continue to bring my business to this shop.

Wasn't informed that my gas cap with a lock would be replaced and discarded. I paid for that gas cap. Went to fuel up and notice that the cap was gone. There was a replacement gas cap without a lock on my car. Nothing was said that my gas cap would be replaced. Midas still have my gas cap. I considered that STOLEN!

I came to this Midas shop a couple of years ago because it was open later than other locations. I stayed because the service from the moment I walked in the doors to when I got my keys back was fantastic. The work was always top notch and when things didn’t stay fixed they gladly offered to fix it. Everything is communicated clearly and I never leave dissatisfied.
I recommend this shop to all my friends. Tibria runs the front office and is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She is articulate in explaining the services and pricing and keeps me informed as the work is being done. I have this Midas shop do ALL my repairs that they can. I have been bringing my cars to the Midas on West Charleston in Las Vegas for years. Adam (head mechanic) is the absolute BEST! Honest and trust worthy. Tibrea that works up front is fantastic! Breaks down the price and everything that goes into it.My heater hose blew on my Dodge Challenger... I had it towed in at 5:00 on Saturday, they got fixed and turned around by 6p (Closing time). By the time arrived and paid, etc it was closer to 6:15. Your crew stayed late just for me! They could have easily held it over to Monday.... instead they go it done that day! I work in media an often sing the praises of your team.... Nice work Midas!
Tibira was extremely accommodating. We came in for a brake check and the technicians found an issue with the control arm. Not only did they recommend the fixes for safety, but tibira also took the time to have the vehicle lowered to show my wife the issues (since it was her car). She also took the time to let us know that the repair work is warrantied which helped with the unexpected cost. Doing the extra repairs saved us thousands and ensures my wife’s safety.

When I asked approximately how much brakes would be she said about $80-$100 plus $150 for labor. They came back with a quote of OVER $1,300. They tried to add wiper blades as well which were absolutely fine. They tried to sneak in the blades as well as over priced pads. Absolute deception from your staff. You also have a bunch of negative reviews from other customers on the next door app. I found it a bit odd that I was able to just walk in and no other customers were there on a Saturday. I guess they read all of the negative shady reviews...I missed those until it was too late.

This location at Charleston@Hualapai was close to my home and performed an outstanding job on my vehicle. The counter help along with the mechanic communicated well, in determining from the diagnostic what work was necessary. I feel that I can depend on this shop to guarantee their repairs and services, and will stick with them until the car is sold.

I had a recall at the Honda dealership and they told me I was in critical need of two services. I thought they were trying to upsell me, so came to Midas who confirmed both services would be a good ideas at the 50K mile mark, which I'm almost at. The work took longer than expected, but I know it was done right.

Forgive me for not remembering the name of the employee (I’m sure he was a manager). His service was PHENOMENAL, I don’t use that word often either. I was waiting at a competitor close by for 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. I walked into Midas right next door. Immediately I’m approached with a friendly greeting. Asked how they could help. Gave me realistic expectations. I mentioned I had a coupon and they were happy to take it early to make sure it was on record. THEN when other parts of my car that needed service were found they approached me about them calmly, took me over to show me so I can understand exactly what that means for my car and what it could affect on the other parts surrounding it. Honestly one of if not the best servicing experiences I’ve ever had. Coming back indefinitely.

Need to address the customer problem with vehicle. Not keep upselling things. I came in because of break issue that you fixed a year ago for $1500, and rather then address the issue and fix the mistake they did on breaks they want to sell me new rotor, and labor charge and end up being $1000. Mine you service writer is blaming problem on the driver. I never have had issues with break like this until I went to Midas, I am 47 years old and I have been driving last 30 years.

Don’t schedule appointments for oil changes if they’re going to take over two hours and don’t have the employees massively underestimate the time it will take to complete the work. I was quoted an hour when my appointment was confirmed the morning of, told when I dropped it off they needed “a little more than an hour” and when I went back after two hours without hearing from anyone they hadn’t even started my vehicle. Its super frustrating. I don’t want free stuff or to get anyone in trouble but please coach your staff on setting expectations for customers. I would have just rescheduled on a different day if I had known it could take that long. Instead I got no communication and had to ask for my vehicle back when I realized after two hours they hadn’t even started and was told it could be another 15-30 minutes.

I "found" this Midas during the pandemic when I needed brake work. I was so satisfied, that I now go there first for ALL my mechanical needs. The gal who is the service manager is top notch in her product knowledge and explaining what they do. I have now recommended over a dozen friends and co-workers to this location for their service needs, and they all agree that this Midas has exceptional people working there. They won over my business!
I realized that I felt metal on metal sounds coming from my front wheels and went online to schedule an appointment. After getting no response to my request for an appointment for several hours, I called the location. The man answering the phone was pleasant and courteous and got me right in. The young lady who helped me in the morning couldn’t have been more kind and professional.
The only complain i have was that they did NOT put a plastic covering over the carpet rug on the driver side. My rug was stained with brackish oilly staff from the mechanic shoes. Please tell your employees to put plastic covering on the on carpet rug to prevent it.
Midas charges too much. 64$ for a V band. Couldn’t find one worth that much anywhere online. That’s approximately 300% of what it typically costs. Lower your prices Midas
I had a full brake job done 23,000 miles ago at this location and the cost was over $800. On 5/14/22 they tell me I need full front brakes again for over $700!!! How can that be, there brake job only lasted 2 1/2 years? I question if they replaced the rotors last time or just resurfaced them instead and charged me for new ones.
I need to take again my car for the same problem. But it was finally resolve without additional charges.

I had a performance exhaust installed (customer supplied). The system was missing the band clamps (8 of them). The shop located band clamps, but they were $49 a piece!!! I feel as though I was taken advantage of, ref the cost of the band clamps.
Check car closely before recommending additional work. Pricing should be posted and not left to the whim of the associates working. Prices too high. I have been going to Midas for over 15 years with no price surprises until this visit. When car is delivered back to owner and it makes noises it was not making before, mechanics shoild explain the reason and correct

I took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that it had it had been driving roughly. I have told multiple repair men (at different shops) about this issue and no one could tell me what it was. After 5 minutes, Bill found that my suspension had gone bad and I was on the verge of losing a tire. I am so greatful that Bill and Tibrea took the time to listen to my concerns and fixed the issue. Tibrea even gave me a ride home so I could wait for my car repairs to be completed in the comfort of my home. Above and beyond is an understatement! Thank you all! Bought a Groupon for front or rear brakes. I was told by previous shop i needed rear done. Austin @Midas inspected and found brakes to be fine but front rotors needed to be replaced. Told me cost was about $250 and would apply the $120 i paid for the groupon. When I went back to have rotors replaced I was told the front brake pads had to be replaced to guarantee the rotors. Austin never mentioned that. Ended up costing $317 PLUS the $120 groupon! Not happy about that at all. Feel scammed.

The mechanics showed me the leak from the valve cover, and the main seal. It was obvious that oil was not coming from the valve cover down to the main seal as Gaudin Ford said, and refused to fix the main seal leak.
