I was already upset because one of your other locations try to rip me off and not let me use my warranty for my pads.Plus he let me leave without even replacing the pads that didn’t need the rotor's replaced. Certain things I don’t give fully high ratings

Came in after work with an object in my tire. Walked in they took my information I went next door to get food I came back waited 10 minutes maybe and they were finished. Then I went to pay and they said no charge. I have a lowered 2010 ss camaro with expensive exhaust and they were very careful when putting on and taking off the lift. Everyone was very polite and professional

Repaired my flat tire in a timely manner and were friendly.

All 4 pads and rotors and it's a bit over a thousand dollars - $250 a wheel is quite expensive! But it's done and I didn't have to do it myself... At 67 years old I suppose it's worth it.

Ensure the parts ordered are the correct parts and they are delivered in time to complete the job within the time estimate. I was initially promised same-day service, I didn't get it back for 2-1/2 days later. And don't offer to replace parts that aren't bad for additional ($$$).

I get it you need to profit, but $229 for a part that retails $38 to me means it cost you $19-25. Then labor $400++ for a part YouTube shows done in 45-60mins, faster if experienced and have a lift. Total was $1400++ for 3 parts cost me $95.And just labor, $800++. Time to get out my wrenches

I got done what I needed done. The Associate that assisted me was wonderful. They finished quickly and I'm satisfied with the results.

I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation. I was greeted by "Dillan", I am fairly sure that is his name. I was 15 mins early, No problem he said. Took my car in, told me I did not need tire rotation, I asked what about a wheel alignment, no. I really appreciate his honesty, I have never visited this location..... I ask for oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate my tires. Same scratch rims on back tire. Said I may need a inner and outer tire rod in a few months.. how did they know if they didn't take my tires off. I think fraud took place. . Now I'm second guessing if they even changed my oil

I made an online appt. Got to the location they got me in immediately. Did an overall inspection and was very thorough in explaining everything. And overall the price was fair.

I was not told that the tire I purchased did not come with the automatic pressure monitor. I had to get into my car, see the alert, then find an associate to explain what was happening. That associate was nice and went back to see what could be done, then came back with another $100 charge. I declined. I understand that to you, it seems pretty self explanatory the implications of a tire purchase, but this was my first time buying a tire like this. A thoughtful conversation would be helpful

1. Employee didn't wash his hands before touching my phone to view the information on the website.2. Website offered a $65 dollar AC tune up coupon and the store did not honor it, instead I was charged $189.3. Finally, one of the employees stole $300 hundred dollars from my wallet that I accidently left in my vehicle while it was being serviced. They were acting very suspicious, and I know for a fact I had $900 dollar in my wallet when entering your store. I filed a police report and do fully anticipate that my money will be returned.
