Great and efficient service
Got rear dumb brakes serviced. Started hearing noise in right rear of vehicle when driving . Was told that it was front hub bearing issues (these were recently replaced) and that the noise was traveling when it’s clearly an isolated issue in right right rear. Got the vibe that staffing just wanted to get rid of me. Unfortunately the won’t be back.
Greg Tucker, the lead mechanic at this location is always friendly, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. He’s a tribute to the industry and keeps things rolling smoothly at this location. I take all my vehicles to him for service. The level of service I receive is always impeccable.

Colin and James were great. Kept me informed as to what was going on with the car. I mentioned an issue with some messages I had gotten from my Verizon HUM about the voltage. They had the battery checked. It was on the decline. Later learned this was the original battery in my 2017 car. was able to get the battery replaced, oil change and wipers replaced all in about an hour. As I was leaving, found the check engine light was on. Colin resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.
They took photos to show me the exact issues with the car. the pricing was very fair with the market.

not to over charge someone for a oil change they told me i need a new oil pan it will cost me for a oil pan and a oil change nine hundred dollars that included labor but they added labor charge about 4 times just for a oil change and a oil pan so all togeather it cost me one thousand and twenty nine dollars and four cents which is a rip off the oil change found out was suppose to be seventy five dollars but on the paper i have was about ninety dollars and im sure a oil pan dont cost much and to chare me a labor cost for 4 times it should me charge one time for labor ill go somewhere else for a oil change and for my car to be fix

Over 2 hours for service is excessive. Overcharged and employee unable to correct the issue without another 30+ min wait so I left with a coupon instead of the correction.

CHECK ENGINGE LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING, THIS LOCATION ALLOWED ME TO BRING MY CAR IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, SERVICED MY CAR ALLOWING ME TO WAIT, INFORMED ME WHAT WAS GOING ON THROGH OUT SERVICING. EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.
I should have been informed that the additional filter outside of oilchange was not in stock and given the opportunity to decline to wait on one to come in. Also the oilchange was not completed I had to reset the Guage because the person who changed the oil didn't do it. When I called to let them know it was with attitude I was instructed on how to do it. I paid full price for horrible service
The associate called to tell me car needs a lot of work. He stated I need new tire which I just purchased this year from another Midas location. I asked to get the humming noise fix and he stated the technician didn’t hear it. What really made me feel violated was my tires were rotated but I have a key lock on my wheels. No one from the shop call me and asked me where it’s located. Instead they went through my vehicle to find it. When I bought it up the associate told me his technicians go through glove compartments, trunks, and console to find the locks. I told him someone should have called me though.

Chris told me that my tires needed balanced. This was a lie and only said because I was a girl. The man in front of me did not get told he needed it. They charged me $40 for a balance and messed up my car. My car now shakes violently on the freeway, it is not safe to go the speed limit. It shakes over 40mph. My car is a 2021 and the tires were balanced, they were not taken off the rim therefore no need to balance them. I'll be back for them to fix it and never again. It's despicable that you lies to women to charge them more thinking they are stupid. Also terrible that they screwed up.my car for an oil change and rotation. I will make.sure to tell.everyone I know not to go there.

The guys always help us this total lemon of a car we got stuck with from a bad purchase. They found the problem quickly and got the car fixed that day! We didn’t even schedule ahead. We just walked in! Awesome guys.
I appreciated the fact that I came in to have a muffler fixed and when I mentioned that something else needed checked they were able to assist me with this the same day. I was also grateful for the offer to drive me home since I didn’t have another ride.

My visit in April was incomplete they didn’t reset the program on my tire sensor. I had stop there a couple days ago so the checked pressure indicator stated one tire was low but it was the wrong one. So it was very busy so I made an appointment for today.
It took 3+ hours to get the estimate and it was not complete. They called an hour later and the price doubled. Then they called 15 minutes before closing to inform me the car was ready to pickup. They should have called and advised the car would be ready before closing, which would have allowed me time to get to the shop before closing.
Cost of service was higher than a few competitors, but I chose Midas because the speed at which they could complete the job.
Staff was courteous and professional. Treated me with respect. This is my auto service location of choice. These folks are wonderful.
I have gone to this Midas for the last 3 or 4 cars I have had, the lobby needs a little help, the restroom needs help. I did request for them to put my rear wiper on and it was noted on the paperwork but they did not put it on.
I explained what I thought was a noise from my vehicle. The Technician came out and inspected my vehicle. He explained what it sounded like. I made an appointment and came back the next day. I left my vehicle, came back before closing and it was finished.
The service here is excellent, I had to wait awhile for a part, but this is understandable in these current times. I will definitely be back with my personal and work vehicle.
