From start to finish the process was super easy. We'll be back to others items done to our vehicle. The guys are are very nice and explained everything to us.

Overall happy with it. The inspection was based on my understanding that the ball joints were shot. It turned out that there were far bigger problems that they found once the vehicle was lifted off the ground.The work was extensive but done the same day. Quite happy about everything except the overall, unexpected, invoice.

As per schedule, dropped off SUV, time frame completed as mentioned. wasn't aware of pricing but was advised by Dave that the service price is better than Markville Toyota. Easy process in dealing with Enterprise Fleets, had a upsetting experience at Markville Toyota for oil change as for the billing part. So I'll be returning to this location for oil change and tire rotation, perhaps some brake work also. Dave Dat was the Manager.

I’ve always hated going to get my oil changed / going to the mechanic. I find that as a woman, I’m generally talked down to and treated like I’m dumb. Midas is the only place I’ll ever go to get my oil changed because they’ve never made me feel like that. They tell me what needs to wait, what needs to be done immediately and don’t sell me useless nonesense. I appreciate their honesty and their transparency more than they’ll ever know.

I scheduled the service online but did not get a confirmation of the of the time booked and had to call ti get confirmation.I knew what the issue was when I scheduled the service and when I talked to the technician ti confirm the appointment I let him know and he arranged to get the part beforehand and while waiting kept me updated on the arrival of the part needed.Very friendly and professional technicians

I had my vehicle safety certified for the road and the techs explained what was required and we fixed it. Got the work done on time. I have been to this location several times and always satisfied.
