I've been with them since 2004 - 5 cars, 2 young adult drivers, and would recommend them for any transaction.
My oil light came on (red not yellow warning) suddenly and I visited Midas without an appointment. The Midas guys did the oil change in 45 minutes while I went to the bank. No appointment no problem.
I have used this Midas for years and I have always felt they have been incredibly honest. Rarely will they recommend additional services aside from saying that they will need to be done probably at the next service, but not today. While I have worried in the past that I was being sold services I didn't need, I have never experienced this at my Midas. This was possibly the BEST experience we have had with an auto repair shop. We made our on-line appointment after hours and received an email saying Midas would call when the store opened in the morning. Lo and behold, I received the call minutes after the store opened! Mike was terrific to work with; he confirmed the appointment and we discussed the problem at length (an unidentifiable noise).Once I arrived at the store it was an easy and quick check in. I settled into a comfortable waiting room chair to read my Kindle or I had the option to watch TV. They also have free WiFi. The shop is in an excellent location if you have to wait fo ryour car. Restaurants abound!Mike came out to explain they had throoughly looked over the car and found what they thought to be the cause of trouble. Mike took the time to sit with me and explain exactly what was done and what I should do if the noise reoccured.The price for the repairs could not be beat. I came to get a state inspection and explained it may be a wait. They ended up having me in and out within an hour and I expected longer based on what they told me initially. Other places turned me away or said I’d have to leave my car there all day, which I could not do.
