My wife’s vehicle brakes were worn out. Over the weekend they sounded terrible, so I called today and they fit me right in ! Friendly and quick service !

I contacted them a day before my appointment to confirm and every single person I talked to from my phone call to in person was so kind and helpful. I went in for a state inspection (didn’t wait for my car) and got called maybe 45 minutes later? It was peak hour too so I was surprised by the fast service and the detail they went to talk to me about after. I love them.

The man was bashing me because of my vehicles milage, saying he felt sorry for my car, he lied about my tire being bald and I have proof from a professional shop in Harrisonburg VA that just recently put the new tire on and the tire sealed fine and they ran tests to ensure its safe. The men were all mean to me with there judgement and the way they spoke to me, I felt very uncomfortable, they wouldn’t allow me to speak, basically took my money and pushed me out the door. i was failed for brakes and rotors not even 10 days ago. Replaced them to be told by BBB and John that something totally off the wall is failing me now, it was the most unprofessional place I have been too. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

Mechanics tell you directly how serious something is or if it can wait for another month. They tell you the price upfront for most basic maintenance needs when you say what vehicle it’s for. They take a good look at things when you bring up a concern and tell you the reason why it’s serious or not without brushing you off.

John and the Midas team have agreed to repair and service my vehicle with short notice on more than one occasion. They are always pleasant and thorough! I can?t recommend them enough.

Came in for inspection at 2PM and left around 4:30PM. Originally there for state inspection but was told I needed new rear brakes. They took care of it there. The mechanic actually walked me to the shop to show what was wrong with the brakes and explained whats need to pass inspection and be safe.

Had brakes and roaders put on summer of 2018 which cost me almost 400. Almost immediately smelled a burning smell called them and they stated it could be just the fact they had put the new ones on. Now less than a year later take the car to get it inspecte

My stop at Midas was my third attempt to have a slow leak in my front passenger tire repaired. I had already gone to two other garages to get it fixed and told them as much. They told me the tire needed a replacement valve stem which was exactly how the first garage did. After hearing that I asked them if they could check again after replacing the valve stem for any additional air leaks and their response was the quote above. Im still diving with a leak in my tire.

The mechanic left grease all over my floor mats and carpet which upset me very much

After paying a lot for the work I had to go back two weeks later for a rubbing sound coming from brakes that midas had replaced. They told me my parking brake had stuck on and that messed up up brake shoes. That was $200 more plus to fix problems it will cost over $500 more never had problems in my parking brake until I had new back brakes put on!!!!!!!
