My vehicle was checked in at 11:00am and at closing time I was told the compressor was too be replaced. I left the car so it could be replaced first thing in morning. Got a call at 4:30pm that it was repaired. A trained technician in this situation should have completed the job in 4to 6 hours .

I was quoted just over 600 but the final bill was almost 1200

Service was fast and efficient. Hopefully I don't have car issues any time soon, but when I do I will definitely go back to the Hazel Dell location.

Make your prices more competitive. Make sure you break down everything and what the prices for specific work is that why I can choose what I want and don’t want. What’s a priority and what’s not. Make it so I have an option to come back with the deal of free inspection on top of labor and work done I don’t want to make a decision the day of for a $2000 job I need time but I would also like to keep the deal of getting the free inspection with the work.

Jayke and Skyler were both very informative’ friendly’ kind’ and supportive of helping me to find answers and solutions to the problems that I was having with my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off at 330 pm. I was told it would be ready by 5pm when I arrived at 4:50 the vehicle was on a lift in the air with no wheels on it. I was told the person whom I checked in with should not of promised me it would be ready by 5pm. The shop was closing up for the day, and I was told to return tomorrow. This was very inconvenient, this is my wife's car that she uses for work. We had to borrow a neighbors car for her to go to work the next day. I picked the car up the next day at 2:30 when it was completed, the manager of the store did discount the tires to make it up to me, but it still did not make up for the inconvenience

I was happy my appointment was on schedule. I came at my lunch hour and was in and out.

This was a difficult repair but the team was able to find the parts. I was also offered a ride home instead of having to wait.

To be honest, this was pretty much an ideal visit for me. The biggest thing that stuck out was that for me. I'm not necessarily the most mechanical looking guy , and this leads to most people at mechanic shops talking down to me being very condescending and trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. This is probably the first time I can remember walking into a place where the guys just seemed really nice and were not condescending in the slightest. After the oil change when I was told what things needed done on my car they were all things that I was aware of and the price is quoted to me Seem pretty fair compared to what other people have quoted me as well. My appointment was for a 2-hour time sloy and I think it took maybe 30 minutes. They also checked me in really quick so that was nice. It wasn't a big hassle, I was able to call beforehand to confirm my appointment and they actually picked up. Honestly, I'm definitely going to go to this specific place for oil changes and maintenance stuff in the future.

The technician did the inspection and pointed out the issues, did the job correctly in a timely manners with reasonable price and time. after fining the job my car is performing well. I am very satisfied of their service.

Steven Boccadoro, the store manager was extremely helpful, courteous, and clear in his explanations. I went to Midas for an oil change after being told at another location that my car needs a type of oil that they do not have. Steven told me the same thing after looking it up but then ordered the right oil and filter and had them delivered. He was able to squeeze me into the schedule even though I did not have an appointment and the shop was busy. While waiting I was impressed with how well and respectfully he interacted with all of the customers and the mechanics.

Justin and Steve were extremely friendly.Steve greeted me the second I got out of the vehicle.Justin and Steve explained everything that they were going to do to the vehicle for me, not just look at the brakes.Justin kept me completely informed through out the whole day on what they found and what needed to be done. The thing I wanted fixed does not seem fixed at all so I paid hundreds of dollars for nothing it seems. When I drove home , I tried to call you guys back to let you know that I could still hear the belt noise but no one answered. I will try to call tomorrow but don’t know if you all are open on Sunday. I hope the issue is resolved asap and that you won’t tell me I need to spend hundreds of more dollars to fix the problem you were supposed to fix in the first place. I doubt they took it on a test drive cuz the problem was obviously not fixed.

The people who helped me where clean in appearance and very nice. They both had clean hands which is important I don't want grease in my car and they did a good job keeping my car clean and grease free.

First off, Wilson on the phone was incredibly professional and easy to talk to on my initial phone call. Secondly, the staff was very welcoming when I arrived. They were welcoming when I walked in, but didn't take from the customer satisfaction on the phone to do so. Everyone, in my opinion, were treated professionally and with importance! They were very efficient at assessing my issues and very quick to fix them. I have been to more than a few shops with various rigs and this one is at the top of my list to return to!

They fixed a flat tire that I already had pulled off my vehicle , because I had to use my spare . They patched it quickly, and it was done right , they put the repaired tire back on my truck and pulled the spare off. They did it for the price they stated to me on the phone .
