I had read some reference to the chain being over priced and willing to take advantage of a customer. I decided to seek an estimate anyway! Boy was I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Our VW had 72k miles with nothing ever having been done to the system. It would have been easy to say this system had to be totally replaced. Instead, I was welcomed- I offered to have them set up a separate time - and the answer was “We can take a look at it and let you know”. That surely exceeded my expectations. They gave it a quick review. In about 20 minutes we had an assessment that it was a bracket that held the system together, that it was a relatively common issue with W and Audi systems. That followed with a picture in an email to my phone. Additionally, I was informed that for about $180, they could obtain the part and in less than an hour I would be on my way! I said “by all means, thanks”. In less than an hour and for a cost of $186, I was on my way. Thanks for exemplary service at a fair price.

Received excellent service at a reasonable price. Dealt with a flat tire situation the night before and checked with Costco, but they couldn't get the tires in for three days. Checked the neighborhood Facebook group and found a recommendation for Midas.Booked an appointment for 1:30, but Brian reached out immediately, assisted in determining the right tire, confirmed stock availability, and invited me to come in right away. Brian and Urie were welcoming and friendly when I got there; and quickly got service going.The service crew did great, at least good enough that my wheels were still attached when I got home.The cost was comparable to Costco, and the service was outstanding. While I don't anticipate needing it, if these great Milwaukee roads decide to claim my back tires, I know exactly where to go.

Instead of being concerned about a car crash in my up opinion my car should have been worked onMy car was lifted then I was told to buy many things and after declining I watched my car sit and not get worked on for more than 2 hours. This was unsatisfactory for I only scheduled a oil change; my discount coupon was not applied and I was charged more than intended and talked to improperly with an extremely long wait period because I didn't want to buy the additional services recommended.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Only oil change was done. They said tires show they needed it but they are over a year old. I thought this was to prevent the wear showing and help keep my tires lasting longer.
I generally like Midas. The price is good, the people are polite and they usually do a good job explaining the process and the timeline.

I had a screw stuck in the tread of my tire. Was not leaking air but did not want to try removing it myself. Drove to Midas and they were able to take my car into the service bay immediately. They removed the screw, determined tire was punctured, repaired it, and examined the other three tires for damage, for very reasonable price. Was out the door about 20 minutes later.

I went in for a oil change and 5 minutes after I drove out they parking lot the oil started leaking out of the car, come to find out my oil cap wasnt put on. Mind you, my car was smoking and it wouldnt come back on. I had to get it towed back to Midas had them look at it, had them put a new cap on it and had to refill my oil but my car wouldnt continue to start. I believe because of the oil change my engine almost locked up causing me to need a new motor. The supposedly did a diagnostic test but still couldnt find the problem. I dont recommend this Midas or any Midas to get NO work done. Not even a simple inspection
