Have been going to this Midas for over 15 years and have always been treated with respect. Bills have been explained to me and they have taken the time to show me what is going on with my vehicle. They know me by my mane as I am a repeat customer
The employees (specifically Alex) were so friendly! I loved that when they told me about what was wrong with the car they gave me the price before so I wasn’t blindsided at the end. They also didn’t rush me to buy tires then; just recommended I get new ones soon. The oil change and tire rotation was so fast! Very impressed!

I thought I had a mechanical problem but it was that at my last oil change the indicator was not reset. I had asked Midas to check over the car since I had it in there and they were very thorough and billed me only for that service and provided very clear
I purchased an oil change with a coupon. I have a leak I wanted a professional mechanic to diagnose. The mechanic would not remove the undercarriage plate to see where leak was coming from. It was 4 bolts took less than 5 minutes for me laying on my back. The leak is the axle seal on front differential. That could have been your repair if you had less lazy mechanics. I left midas without an estimate or diagnosis for the problem.
I have never been less than satisfied with my experience at this Midas location. I come back for regular service because of the excellent work provided by John and Alex and the other associates. They always communicate clearly about my car, what issues I should address and fix it at a fair rate. I am very happy with the relationship I have with my auto mechanics.
