They charged CAD40 to tell me what I already knew, what I wanted it was an estimate to solve the problem. SO, I was charged CAD 40 to tell me how much it costs. The estimate was CAD 2 thousand. I left Midas and went to another mechanic, he does not charged me for an estimate and fix my car for CAD 380. 2 thousand x 380!!!!! 5x more!!! I will never use midas again, I used to change oil there, but I'll change to Mr Lube. I felt robbed.

It was very easy to make the appointment online and I heard back quickly to confirm the appointment at the location I selected. I was received promptly to leave the car for service. Later I got a call explaining very clearly what needed to be done, the time I would take, and the cost. Finally, another call to tell me the job was done. Everything was very professional and courteous.

I attended midas for an oil change and a rattling noise. The staff were friendly and experienced. They found the reason for the rattling. Just a broken clamp. They didnt try to tell me it was something it wasnt and only charged me a few dollars to fix it.
