Not enough staff only one receptionist and one worker. My appointment was at 12 didn't get seen til 1:30. It's not the employees fault its the lack of workers to get the job done in a timely manner. The receptionist was very nice!

Desk manager said “I only see a 59.99$ coupon” and proceeded to apply manager discount to final bill. Oil service was completed, but unsure of the integrity and honesty going forward.

After having the oil change completed within 12 hours of leaving the shop my oil gauge went to the extreme and peg out on the right side of the meter and then the very next morning when starting the truck there was no reaction at all from the oil gauge so basically since I obtained an oil change from your shop my oil gauge no longer works my engine light is now on and I'm really worried that some damage was done to my truck I have never ever had this type of problem with my Chevy and the only difference between then and now is that I had the Midas oil change and had your people work on my truck
Don't make the customer feel guilty for purchasing a Groupon. Don't make the customer feel guilty that the staff doesn't get paid for Groupons. I walked in to see if I could get an oil change but once I told him I purchased a Groupon his attitude changed. There were literally zero customers in the store at that time, and he told me that I just "walk up in there with a Groupon." I will never return to a Midas ever again because of this employee's lack of customer service.

I’ve always had the best Customer Care and won’t get my oil change anywhere else. usually the timeframe is a long wait but I went into the location off of San Mateo and Academy and my weight time was almost nothing and they were a little slow. I’m sure that has a lot to do with it but it was a very very good experience, will start to continue to go to that location.

Be honest. Don't use gimmicks to try to make parts look bad and talk someone into an expensive repair when it's not yet necessary. They used the old "use a large crowbar to force a tiny movement in a ball joint and say it's bad and HAS to be fixed before doing alignment" trick, for $1,103. I've seen it before. Ball joint area was clean and no tear in joint. Moved maybe 1/64" with force of large crowbar: that is not enough movement with that type of force to indicate replacement needed; IS enough to check again in 6 months to a year. I took truck straightaway to another shop mechanic, who put it up, inspected brakes & ball joints, and said rear brakes were about 70% used, front about 30%, and ball joints were fine. Not happy with Midas.
Raymond was an excellent communicator. He explained everything and was very welcoming. The process was efficient and I left wanting to to come back. I have no complaints!
The man at the front desk was very helpful and even took me to the back with my vehicle to show me a broken hose that I didn't know about. He also had solved the problem with the broken hose.

I purchased a $40 full synthetic oil change on Groupon. When I presented the voucher I was met with disdain. Employee Raynard Jacobs informed me that in the future just come in and he will give me Groupon price. Says $ goes to corporate and they never see it.
