More than customer care! 
Ray is awesome. Not only did he come to my rescue when he saw I was having car troubles, he helped push my car to a safe place! He diagnosed my issue, showed me exactly what was wrong, and gave me options. Mike found the part, which is no easy task as my car is quite hard to get parts for, and allowed me to leave the car with them while I explored options. They did not pressure, they did not treat me like I was ignorant. Very refreshing to be able to trust someone. You guys have all my future business! You've seen my car, so you already know we will get to know each other well.

meh. not too sure atm. 
I'm not totally convinced of this shop. I've had several problems in the past, many of them real issues I have researched. I find this shop charges a LOT for parts. A few examples being wheel speed sensors alone at 91$ and 141$ when I can get the sensor alone for less than 30$. They then quoted me 174.99 for a wheel hub, this part alone is roughly 100$. a belt tensioner was a additional 50$, and a belt at 54$ over the 30$ I see. I marked the oil filter, but I need to further examine it to see if my secret markings are on the outside, if all they did was wipe them away I put a secret marking on it in another way. fluids do seem to be topped off. I need to look and see if parts were actually lubed, the door hinges were not lubed, the squeaking gives it away. I pulled codes this past week and some more magically appeared after visiting the store. Now to be fair my tenson belt was loose, its been this way for 5 or more years. oddly after visiting the shop it got severely worse, a problem two other shops did not notice; Tiretracks, and sears. I have been extremely thorough on checking it lately. so suspicious is VERY suspicious. Regardless thanks for the information, but the part cost is a little high.

did great work, quickly, have always liked Midas as they treat you well and they do quality work, have no problems with Midas in the 25 years we've been taking our vehicles there.

I took my 2003 Ford Sport Trac to Midas to check the shocks, I had purchased them from Midas in 2009 and they had a lifetime warranty on them. Gale looked at them and told me they need to be replaced. He also pointed out some worked I had done a couple months before at a car dealership,(to which I won't mention) that was not done right. The car dealership had replaced only part of the passenger side ball joint and didn't replace the control arm or the bushings. So you could grab the control arm and just move it from side to side and back and forth plus the drivers side was just as bad. Brought the Sport Trac back the next day and replaced both ball joint assemblies and all four shocks it rides like a new truck now. I am very happy with the work that was done and the timely manor it was done in. Thank-you again for doing it right and treating me right.
