2003 GOT A MUFFLER INSTALLED WITH LIFE TIME WARRANTY. THEY LOST THE INFO ON THEIR COMPUTOR, BUT OUR NAME WAS STILL IN COMPUTOR. WANTED A NEW MUFFLER BECAUSE PREVIOUS ONE WENT BAD. THEY HONORED THE WARRANTY FROM THE 2003 MUFFLER AND ONLY CHARGED US FOR INSTALL, THANX GUYS. GREAT PPEOPLE THERE

cookie van 500,000 miles

About 4 years ago I bought a cookie distributorship. When I did i bought a 2003 GMC Savanva van with a little more than 200,000 miles on it. I told the guys (Pat Sieme) when I took the van to see if it was worth spending $1500.00 on it, that it was their job to get it to 1 million miles. I just passed the 500,000 mile mark. We have done some work to it, but its still the same gas engine. Thanks guys and here's to 500,000 more.

Quick service and professional work

My family and I were travelling across country and our car broke down on the first leg of our trip. We called Dave at the location on Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs. After explaining the situation and telling him we had under 48 hours in town, he got our car in, diagnosed, and parts replaced in a day. He was friendly, helpful, everything you want when dealing with a stressful situation like this. We don't live near this Midas location, but would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done. God bless!

Outstanding work

Twice this month I had to take my car to the Midas shop on South Nevada Ave in Colorado Springs. Both times Alex, David and the team there more than delivered on taking care of my car. They were able to clear up a bunch of issues related to my catalytic converter, 02 sensor, spark plugs and an ignition coil that needed replacement. I have not had any further issues since I took my 2012 Nissan Versa into their shop. Thanks for the great service and I will definitely recommend these guys for your car needs.

Again, great service!!! Brought my car in for some serious repairs. They reassured me it might not be as bad as i expected. Took the time to test everything. Found all the issues and repaired it so amazingly. The expected time to repair was 6hrs. It took longer only due to a difficult crammed in space under the hood. They were amazing and repaired it perfectly and only charged the expected repair time even though the cars set up made it more difficult. So happy w/ the repairs and service!!! My place to go with ANY car repair ore maintenance!!! Wouldn't go any where else!!!

Normally during an oil change I would have to reset the oil change illumination on the instrument cluster once I get out of the shop. But they made sure to reset it for before releasing the vehicle back to me. Also their customer service was very good and made sure answer any question I had.

Update to Previous Review

I posted a (negative) review on this site a few days ago. I did this because I called and/or spoke to various people at Midas on around 8 occasions, asking about the tail light part I wanted. The employees kept telling me they'd call me back, but no one did. I spoke to Erin yesterday; went through the entire story...long story made short, he went to the extra trouble to once again research this issue for me. He also found a cheaper tail light than what we could have gotten from the dealer. He went above and beyond, so I am very pleased and impressed. WOULD highly recommend this Midas location (on S. Nevada Street in Colorado Springs, CO).

Midas Saves the Day

We were travelling and had brake trouble with our older SUV. Called Aaron at 7 am and asked if we could get in for a look-see. He said get there in 30 minutes (we did) and they would evaluate. They took us right in, we got a detailed report on what was bad and by how much. We approved the estimate and they even volunteered to drive us back to our friends home nearby. By shortly after noon the job was done, and we could then the next day head back for home knowing the car would keep us safe. Highly recommend Aaron and his staff. They were efficient, professional and we also got a lifetime warranty on the work. Great job. If you need work done, definitely give them a look first.

Oil change

It was interesting to see what repair suggestions were made. Just because of the age and mileage on the car, yet systems were targeted that had just recently been upgraded, like shocks and struts and the brakes. Not (positively) impressed.

When I first walked into the store the staff were very friendly and they joked around. They made you feel like you could work there if you were looking for a job. I bought tires for my car because there was a nail in it and I needed tires for it anyway. One of my tires were too small for the rim. I was taken to the back and they showed me the wheel on my rim. Rob put both of his hands on my wheel and took it off of my rim. He suggested I get another rim. He had to make several calls for my car since it is a 96. They took care of me like I was family. If anyone needs service go to this Midas.

Best service I've experienced

I had just gotten back from deployment and my family and I were traveling to cos/aurora to visit family where our SUV broke down due to the differential. We got it towed to midas on south Nevada and from there, they were extremely helpful and given our circumstances, allowed me to bring my dog inside so she wouldn't have to wait in the cold. A* Facility with Great Customer Service

I was looking for a place to take my stored truck so it could be made road*worthy again. I researched online at BBB and saw that this Midas had an A* rating. After taking my truck there on several occasions for different things, I certainly see how it was awarded the A* rating.
