I just really needed to see why my tire and oil sensor lights were on, so I brought the car in. Mr. Jansen said everything was fine and gave me some advice on starting my car in the cold; and with that, I was on my merry way.

They broke my passenger side mirror when technician backed out of bay. Then technician 'adjusted' mirror but really was pushing mirror into frame. Mirror fell apart going over julien dubuque bridge. I was highly satisfied because they was able to change out my motor and get a new one in less then a couple days and was on top of things and was very nice and got my car done as fast as they could to get me back on the road to work ! They was amazing and I highly recommend!

Well I told that my ignition coils were fine and did not need replacing, which is the reason I bright the vehicle in. I payed for a different service to be completed.. which i wasn't planning on, but trust the technicians. The very next day my check engine light is flashing and the code is an engine misfire... my ignition coils. So I'm not really happy with that outcome. I could have had it all done that day

I asked for an oil change. They did the oil change but looked at things that I did not ask for to be checked. As I was leaving, I asked for my keys. I was told they were in my car. My keys were locked in my car. I have never had a place leave my keys in the car. They have always been handed to me. This is something that shod be changed.

Okay so my serpentine belt has been squealing forever. And other mechanics have said that it's probably just moisture buildup causing it to squeal. Midas looked at it, and told me they could adjust it and it would stop squealing. Guess what! My car no longer squeals AT ALL. The alternator probably runs better too!

I was highly satisfied with my service. I took my 06 Pontiac G6 in last week for an oil leak that ended up being a pretty lengthy, serious job. These guys stayed an hour past closing time to finish my car and I really appreciated that more than they’ll ever know. As a single parent, I highly depend on my car for work and to get my son to and from school and they were able to fix my oil leak the same day even with being down two guys that were sick that day.
They told me the exact same issue Blain Farm and Fleet explained to me when I got my oil change. As a woman they didn't take advantage of me and a lot of work was done to my van

be very clear as to what the cost of the serivce (oil change) will be. Due to cronary artery disease I was unable to do the service on my corvette as usual and was amazed at the cost($95 +). I was also not happy with the attempt to sell additional repairs at inflated prices.

Customer service is key when dealing with the public and when there are several other auto shops one can go to. With that being said Adam is extremely rude my family and I will never go to any other Midas location again. You just lost several patrons.
