After calling for an appointment I was able to get in the following morning. During the inspection of my brakes to be replaced I was taken to the service area to be shown and explained the work that needed to be performed. Great service!

Be honest about prices. Stating that the coupon is $20 off oil change plus a tire rotation makes it seem like the tire change is included for the oil change price - $20. Instead the coupon was an oil change at regular price, and a free tire rotation. I paid far more than I was expecting and am unhappy.

I was greeted by name as I walked in the door by the manager. I was in an out within 30 minutes. That means a lot to me.
The muffler was loose. I was quoted $1500 and given a laundry list of imaginary problems. I took it to a reputable muffler shop and they fixed it for $78. I can't even.
I had a welcoming experience. I'm disabled and the Receptionist made my experience wonderful. The gentlemen in the garage brought my vehicle around and made sure I was all set for the next 3000, until my next oil change. I have nothing but good to say about the services at Midas. I will recommend to everyone that Midas is #1!
So when I called back to find out if my car was serviced. I was told before, I left, I would receive a text or a phone call.I did not. And when I went to pick up my vehicle, My service light was still on and window wiper fluid light was still on the gentleman at the desk had to put wiper fluid in my car and turn the maintenance service light. I had to bring the car back on the 23rd, because their was no oil in my car. I Actually question if they even put oil in my car because of all the problems I had when I went to pick my car up.
The guys there cared about me and to fix my car.
I've been going to Midas for years per my experiences. They explain everything, they'll call you if the find something else or might go over your budget. They Never try to pressure into extra work, they'll suggest what might need to be worked on, how long you can drive on it before that part will probably go out and will provide an estimate. Great for budgeting. Final, excellent customer service, regarding all staff

Associates were rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment for a brake evaluation and was told it would take an hour. I returned an hour and a half later and the associate very rudely told me that they hadn’t gotten to it yet. They communicated no timeframe for completion. After finally completing the evaluation, some called me to very rudely communicate the quote. I said I needed to think about it. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was parked outside with the front windows all the way down- in winter! I will never go back. If those people are so miserable that they have to be rude to customers, they should quit their jobs.

Went in for a general check up, an oil change, and to diagnose a weird noise. There were a few additional issues that required more time than quoted, but Braden was clear in communicating that and was very sincere and apologetic about that. I felt like they really did a good job with inspecting every element of the car, to the point of even telling me about things that will be a potential issue years down the line
Honestly just doesn’t seem it’s friendly or inviting. The new manager talked down about the old manager. There was a small child in the waiting room as he came out of the office mad and slammed the door into the pop machine as he said things under his breathe in anger.
I got an appt quickly and the oil change was quick too. It was reasonably priced.
My car was brought in to have a muffler fixed. It had to be returned three times to be re-fixed as the welding job that was done was in adequate and fell apart all three times on the third time I just requested a refund and got the runaround from Ann the assistant manager. I was told I could come in the next day for the refund and when I arrived for my refund she was not in the building and no one there knew what to do. I did eventually get my refund a few days later, when the manager was in the building. They tried to make me have the shop re-fix the muffler, and tried everything they could to not give me my refund back the same person worked on my car each time and each time there was an inadequate job that was done shoddy work terrible service. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to the shop and I do not recommend anybody else does either.

My oil changed was handled very quickly. I scheduled an appointment like normal and I was in and out before an hour had elapsed. Very satisfied.
I specifically asked for my antifreeze level to be checked and to let me know if any leaks were present. I had been experiencing a lack of heat and wondered if it was low fluid level or a thermostat issue. I was told no leaks were present. I thought about it on the way home and checked when I got there - not only did I see no fluid in the reservoir but had to put nearly 2 gallons in to fill it to level. The guys were great, courteous and knowledgeable - this appears to have just been an oversight, but one that left me dissatisfied especially because I now still do not know if my leak is from the radiator, water pump or other.

I was there for an oil change that was scheduled. I was told it would take 45min, but I was skeptical. The last time I had my oil changed. I had an appointment and it took over 2hrs. This time it was done in about 40min. Much better experience this time around.
Worse looking exhaust replacement I’ve ever seen in my life. Technician was 2 hours late to work, exhaust pipe is kinked at bends and the welds look like a five year old did them. $390 dollars for a lousy job. I’d have it replaced if I could afford it!!!
I told them my steering made a noise when turning. They said they didn't hear anything. I didn't see that they even took the car out to drive. It's still making the noise, but I don't want to take it back since they didn't hear it the first time. My car was done and I had to wait for one of the workers to get done with lunch before I could get my car. She pointed it out that she was just eating lunch. Also, there was a coupon available and it wasn't applied. These are new people . . . I'm not a fan. I liked the help and customer service I got with Lonnie. If I had another mechanic to go to, I certainly wouldn't come back.

Midas staff troubleshooted a significant problem with my car. They then referred me to other businesses that deal with transmission problems. The staff was great.
There was issues apparently discovered during the service but was not brought to my attention at all, I had to read the technician notes and use google once I got home to look at it.
I left my truck to fix, told it would be Monday, which was fine, but they contacted me early and said they were surprised the part came in early, put it on and picked up before Monday. They could have waited till Monday, but instead they got my truck done early. Very much satisfied.

The manager Jeremy was condescending and disrespectful to another manager named Ann. As a customer this really irritated me as Ann was visibly upset and in tears. This was the absolute last thing I wanted to witness but I did talk to her and managed to calm her down. As you can imagine I thought about leaving and not returning but it goes against my principles in helping others in need.
Have a manager contact me because I'm absolutely appalled in your company.

On 9/3 I stopped by to see if Midas could tell me where my exhaust leak was on a 2005 Scion XB I recently bought. The crew there got my car in quick and told me I had a crack in the pipe before the muffler and could fix it right away. The price was 157.82

Midas ripped me off. They put in a new battery and broke my terminals while doing so and told me I have to pay for new terminals and labor so I did not knowing any better that they broke em so I ended up paying midas $230 for new battery and new terminals.
