If a customer scheduled an appointment for a specific time and is waiting with the vehicle, they should take first priority. Also, I am not convinced that my tire couldn’t be replaced. I have worked in and around emergency services for almost two decades and have seen worse damaged tires repaired in minutes. I had a coupon for a free flat repair and even though my tire needed to be replaced and I was there incredibly long, the counter associate refused to offer me any kind of discount.
These guys are very professional. A bit pricey for me, otherwise I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful in changing an appointment to accommodate my schedule. The expected repairs and an unexpected repair were made in an extremely efficient amount of time. The only reason for the satisfied response rather than highly satisfied is the extra $1000 strut repair I needed which is probably just my problem with the cost of everything in today’s world. Dakota really helped me get my work truck back to where it should be in a timely fashion with absolutely no inconvenience to my work schedule.

I attempted to schedule an oil change and inspection appointment through the website only to be contacted and told there were no available times and that the work could be done the next day. I dropped off my car that night and did not hear back from Midas until 3:57 PM the next day. I was told that my car needed tires and an alignment in addition to my requested services, and I agreed. I got a call at 4:57 PM stating my car was ready and they were closing at 5 PM; leaving me with 3 minutes to get to the shop. I felt panicked to get my car and had to rush to pick it up or risk having to pick it up the next day.

It was damaged by you and AAMCO has confirmed, that when you removed the transmission pan you broke the solenoid in the transmission. Midas lied to me. Vehicle was driving less then one tenth of a mile. Vehicle would not go into drive. Vehicle was returned. Was told to take it to AAMCO. At that point the comedy show and lies started. You now owe me $426.00 plus tax. We will settle this peacefully or in the court. Please make no mistake about these instructions. Google complaint to follow.

The manager Jason kept making excuses that his employee had been there 20 years and would never break a TPMS sensor without saying something. I’m just supposed to take his word for it even though no light ever came on and I did not hear it rolling around in the tire BEFORE I brought it to them.

Shouldn't be failing a car for inspection when the part that needs replacing was in perfect working order as proven by another mechanic at a different shop just because your techs are pushed to sell unnecessary services/jobs.

Every time I bring in my car for service I'm up sold for additional work. Was told it was necessary to pass inspection. I get the feeling I'm being taken because of the continuing up selling of additional work. Also pricing for services are extremely high. I'll never schedule service with midas again.

I've been dealing with this Midas for over 15 years, and never had a problem. They have always been fair and honest. I tell everyone about them, and recommend their service.
Better mechanics. I went to Midas because I had a AAA coupon for a free inspection. When I presented the coupon Dakota said it wasn’t valid at this location even though it was listed as Wind Hap on the coupon. The mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my front tire. I left the garage and immediately turned around because I heard a loud grinding noise and I could barely turn the steering wheel. You think the mechanic would have noticed this when he drove my car out of the bay. This was so dangerous & could have caused me to have a horrible accident.
I’m very happy with the service. They were able to tell me when my car needed extra services in a timely manor and were very understanding.
The team at Midas Wind Gap makes recommendations for maintenance beyond the reason that I bring my car in for service. This is a good thing as preventative maintenance keeps my car running safely and trouble free.

Be clear about pricing, their sign outside started 24.94 oil changes but nothing about being charged for labor. They added on labor and said I needed a coupon though the price is on their sign for $29.94

The work was very good but I did have a coupon for 2499 for my vehicle and I guess it didn’t include the oil I needed and I didn’t understand why I needed that oil I’m just a 19-year-old college student and I really was trying to save money on my oil change
The initial product was not available or discontinued. They notified me and provided an equal or better product. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was notified immediately.
There is always room for improvement! The oil change was a little more expensive than I expected, but they gave me a lot of other concerns that I was able to take care of in my own and save a lot of money on labor (air filters, battery)

My SUV was vibrating inside while driving and making a loud noise. A friend told I might a leak in my Exhaust Pipe so I went to Midas as they are close to where I work. The Man at the Front was very kind and agreed to have someone drop me back off at work so they could evaluate the issue with the SUV. 10 minutes later they emailed me with the problem and said they had an estimate on fixing it. My Son called them and the Job was done immediately. Extremely Prompt Service and it was very much appreciated getting a ride back to My Clients Home so I could leave the SUV with them. Kudos to this Location!

It was an inconvenience scheduling my appointment. I requested a service date on a Sunday. I received an email saying that a time would be confirmed on Monday. No confirmation was received so I called on Tuesday to schedule a day that was not my first choice.
Felt I was over charged for a standard starter. $100 part charged $300.

You can give me a refund. If you don't, I probably won't be going back and I will tell others about my experience. I specifically told the front desk I did not want my tires rotated, which was noted on the work order. I had just done a rotation myself. I also don't like impact wrenches used on my chrome lugs. The mechanic didn't read the work order correctly. The manager didn't offer any recompense and kept defending his employees actions.

Took 1.5 hours for an oil change. I made an appointment and they didn't start working until 30 minutes a after my scheduled time. No apologies were made.
I have never had a problem with any work done at this location. All workers are highly skilled and know their work well. Options are usually given for preventative work to avoid future trouble which I appreciate.
