My Uncle Was Right
When my car died in the middle of traffic, my uncle Chuck suggested an auto shop that he's taken all of his cars to for the past 10 years. I'd only ever taken my car to the dealership that I bought it from. I spoke to the dealership about the possible issue and it was going to be way too expensive for me. My uncle then spoke to his Midas shop in Tustin and we agreed to bring my car in. So glad I did! They were top notch, Tim, David, Steven (who worked on my car) and Johnathan, who answered my endless car questions. It was fixed the next day at a very reasonable price and runs better than it has in years! I can see why my Uncle sticks with them. I will too now. Thanks Midas Tustin!

Had a severe squeaking noise on right front brake Allan's crew checked it out Pand found a small rock between backing plate & rotor removed it - solved problem- thank you all again very much

I've brought our two family cars to this shop since 2009. Both are 2005 Jaguars that have been serviced for things as minor as tire puncture repair & rotation (no charge) to water pump replacement & lower control arm bushings. This Midas shop is professional, thorough & fair priced.

Amazing service
After being ripped off at Tustin Toyota, I took my truck to Midas and had all the work done for 1/2 the price. Some things they said I didn't even need done that Tustin Toyota said I needed. That was ten years ago and I never looked back. I always get the best service, great prices and I am always treated like I am family. The owner Alan is a nice and honest guy. The manager David is so helpful, I always have a lot of questions. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for this shop. They keep all my vehicles running without having to take out a repair loan.

I'm a regular at this Midas in Tustin and they have the best staff there. I always call in to schedule an appointment which is KEY to getting in and out quicker. They always do complimentary tire rotations and inspection with every oil change. Where else can you find an oil change place that does that for free? I trust these guys with all my vehicles and maintenance. Give it a try and you'll be amazed!!

Questionable Prices 
I've been to this Midas location about four times now. Each time I get the feeling the employees are intentionally trying to rip me off. Luckily, I do my research before going in, so I'm always able to confidently decline a "suggested" additional service or negotiate a lower price on an important service, but it troubles me that I'm able to negotiate down sometimes as much as 20% from the stated price because the mechanics are charging me so excessively to begin with. I should be able to get an initial statement that is reasonable for parts and labor, and I shouldn't have to be pressured into additional services that my car simply, objectively does not need. While I've been happy with my service work here, I have no confidence in the workers' honesty.

Had a very good experience at Midas
I called to Midas on saturday for my Honda CR*V check engine light. Manager right away even without appointment also accepted my car. Actually it was plesant experience. Staff manager and mechanics are also friendly. I feel they are honest. And did my work very quickly. Also gave good discounts.

I recommend Midas Tustin 3085 Edinger Avenue Tustin, CA 92780 for any car major/minor service. I drove*in with my Mazda MPV with noicy engine on Sunday 11*30 AM. Being Sunday they were supposed to close early, they made sure to fix my car by evening and deliver on same day. These guys took great care of my car **and for a reasonable price* Special thanks to A Hallenbeck for getting it fixed on Sunday.
