Great service at the Newhall CA location. Never given a list of things that need to be replaced unless they truly do need replacing. Great management. Courteous and professional staff!

Sam and the Midas team are awesome
Everytime we have gone in we have felt that we were treated with great respect, kindness, experience, and fairness. We have a minivan that is 12 years old and Sam and the crew there have helped us keep it running safely for our new 16 year old driver. What we have appreciated more than anything is being shown why parts need replacing - and what is being done to our vehicle each time. Sam takes the time to explain what the problem is, show us parts, pictures, or other evidence, and is fair and truthful about what repairs are necessary vs. those that can wait (because no one has a limitless bank account really!) I highly recommend Midas for all your car repair needs. We have never left unhappy or feeling unsure - and i cannot say the same about the dealerships we've been to in the past.

Peace of mind
It's nice to know that you can drop off your vehicle and not have to worry how the work is being done. I have used them for close to twenty years and have never had reason to complain. Quality service at a good price.

SAM & Staff are AWESOME!
I'm sorry I am so long in review - in fact have been there once since - Just keep forgetting to bring my invoice inside :) At any rate, SAM and his entire staff are ALWAYS efficient, courteous, kind and accurate! He's always there for us by phone or in person to handle our old and newer car issues. Being a single mom with 2 daughters in their 20's, having someone who cares and takes care of our vehicles to the same level that he'd put his own family in, is remarkable in this day and age. I was introduced by my daughter who knows her trucks and SAM always diagnosed better than our other mechanics, was fair on pricing, beating them and not adding "exaggerated" items as you find with other services. We even call him when we're considering selling and buying and know with confidence that we'll get an honest opinion and one worth listening to. Thank you again!!!

Awsome Service
Ive been to a lot of auto shops in the scv with my multi car family and have always been treated fair and promt .. If this helps anybody decide where to go to I have been very happy with them .. The only down side is that there is not to much to do in that shopping center if you have to wait around .
