Great shop 
I am so pleased that I started taking my car to the Midas shop on Cottman Avenue. Dealing with Candace ( one of the managers) is always a pleasure. Her customer service skills are exceptional. The mechanics ( especially JV) are very knowledgeable of all repairs / routine maintenance to your vehicle. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone seeking a good shop to have their vehicle serviced.

AMAZING SERVICE
This is the second time i have been to this Midas and seriously they are THE TRUTH. The store manager Candice was very very helpful and she is excellent at what she does. She found every way to help me with all that had to be done and made sure it was affordable. The men who worked on my car did a great job and it runs wonderful. Whenever I need any other work done Midas on Cottman Ave with always be my first choice.

Way better than your dealer shop
Midas on Cottman diagnosed my car within 24hrs after the Mercedes dealer kept it for 3mo saying it needed a new engine. Tim looked at it and turned out all it was the catalytic converter! Candice the manager helped with getting the funds for it. They definitely go that extra mile to help you out and they explain everything in simple terms. It's a great crew there, go and see for youself!

Same day service on installation of 2 new tires. Wait time was minimal. Manager and assistant/receptionist very helpful and pleasant. All work explained and prices given prior to work being done. Muffler issues
I usually don't trust mechanic thinking they fix one thing and break something else in people's cars. I was very impressed when I went in not only the people were very friendly but also knowledgeable. They gave me a new muffler, my car runs like a brand new. The manager Tim ia very professional and he has a great team. Thank you guys.

Extra effort and a good job
The manager found a Flowmaster muffler to match the remaining one on the car installed fifteen years ago, and the floor technician did a masterful job of bending and constructing a complex tailpipe. Car never has run quieter.

I recently went to this location to have my truck serviced. The service was prompt and courteous. The young lady @ the counter Candice kept me informed on the repairs. The parts had to be ordered so it took a little longer. But she offered me a bottle of water while I waited. After my repairs were done she thanked me for my patience and my business. Top notch service. Thanks Midas you have me as a lifelong customer.

1st I would like to say, I don't trust everyone with my car.... So when coming here . I Didnt expect them to be curitious, and flexable... I drive a lot of miles per week . So I'm there alot . Staying on top of issues that may come up with my vehicle. No matter what it is , they've alway found a fixed the problem and was very easy on the pockets.... How can they do that ? Well , they'll tell you what you need. What you can get by with, and what definitely needs to be done .. So what is fixed is your choice.

GREAT Service
I received GREAT service. I forgot to get the ladies name who works there, but she went over and above to retrieve my Midas history for my brakes so I would not have to pay a repeat price for my back brakes. My regular Midas store has been closed for several years and I couldn't locate my old receipts. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was just at this Midas recently an they helped me out tremendously I was a little short on the cash that I needed to get my car fix an some how some way they got my payment down to where I could afford it they were really helpful an really considerate an really wanted to help me I would recommend anybody an everyone to go to this Midas if they are having any car troubles

New muffler and inspection
They staff are very professional and the mechanic Tim was able to not only replace my muffler , he replaced 4 tires and also get my car inspected. I would highly recommend this location for the servicing of your car , they just got me as a customer.
