Midas employees were super quick with service. They were able to give me an accurate time frame of when my car would be ready and they were all super friendly while being short staffed!

Had taken car to be serviced at the dealer originally and they came back with a high quote for the replacements. I called Midas and Clayton was able to service at a much more reasonable price and same day.
I expect that when tires are rotated that the pressure is also checked. My manual and the door sticker call for 35 psi all around, but the vehicle was delivered with 30-32 psi, so I had to top them off myself.

I like the lifetime warranty. They sent me a quote to my phone which was great but I must have misread it and I was a little confused and shocked at the final price. I would have liked if the salesman would have verbally clarified everything that was on the quote. I showed up no appointment and they got me taken care of right away.

Went for alignment inspection which was communicated as its free if it’s needed then only you will have to pay, I agreed that and they never showed me the result while paying for the job, when I received the alignment report it was only off by 0.02 which is nothing in the alignment and they charged me $103.22 which is too much for 10 min of work

I gave my car for oil change and ask for tire rotation (that is part of the oil change service), when i picked up my car after the service, i asked the rep and he said that he explained what i need but he never discussed with me, i asked if he rotated tires then he said yes. After driving my car i notices some vibrations while driving that is happening after the oil change so i thought it may go away but it is still giving that vibration, so i took appointment to check it, then he is saying that my car need tires, and he is saying that they didnt rotate the tires. 100% lie. I dont understand why car will vibrate when they just do some oil change. They did something wrong with my tires and not accepting that. I'll never come to Midas and i'll not recommend any of my friends.

I had applied for a midas credit card and it told me i was pre approved for $600. The manager worked with the price and got it towhere i cohld use the card that i was told i would be able to use right then and there. Once i clicked accept and took a hit on my credit it told me they would let me know in 7 to 10 days.... i needed to use it then and there like i was told. I took a hit on my credit for a card i dont even need now. Dont advertise being instantly approved if u dont get instantly approved...

I called back a while later and they said I should’ve received a text, which I didn’t and would hope they would call me Vs. Let me sit and wait for much longer. They also quoted me $5500 in repairs that are not yet necessary.

nothing was checked during the visit, I just got an oil change, washer and coolant fluids are below level but no one mentioned it or topped the fluids, tire pressure wasn't not up to standard and stayed the same, noone bothered checking them. Overall, it was a bad service experience

I felt the vehicle was not checked for normal checks at oil change:-( I asked if they filled tire pressure and I was told yes and I got a low tire.pressure warning next morning. Also I did not get a checklist for other fluid level checks and/or air filter status so really not sure any inspection was done.
I stayed while my auto was serviced, therefore I didn’t experience the drop off process.

Work on the problem the customer originally went in for and so trying to make customers pay for stuff they did not want and the pricing of labor is extremely high and for the quality of work that was performed it was just robbery the new manager acted like he knew everything and is always ready to argue with customers to tell them they are wrong and he is right. The manager really does need more training on customer survive and also needs to stop trying to sell customer over priced parts

Manager Clayton just wanted a sale, I spent 3,200.00 on service. I had said I want the front end of my suspension taken care of first but he insisted I need back taken care of as well. However, he did not get bushing or tire rod replaced. He only worked on struts and brakes. When car was returned there was a large bolt in back seat and I went back to ask what it was for. In addition, they did not reset the oil change maintenance light. I am so dissatisfied with service. I will not go back.
The customer service was great and the technician was very thorough. I arrived early and they accommodated my schedule.
We provided 4 other quotes to get a new transmission and the associate said to give to him in written and we did. He said they can do apples to apples price match. The quote he gave us went from $8,700 to $8k then we sent him another and another but he was able to give us $6900 but our quotes were all around $5k. He said its because they can finance and my husband said forget it. Our quotes for new transmission ranged from $4700 to $5200. He kept saying that the competitors were doing something not legit so he doesn't trust their quotes but one was literally from Nissan directly. Since we felt like it was unfair we will not be going back. My husband did let him know we cannot justify paying $2k more for the same work on our vehicle.

Took it in for a alignment. The next day it felt weird, so I took it to a different shop and they explained the alignment was way off.

The assistant manager Kristin Maselli was very rude upon arrival and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, when calling to schedule an appointment, they did not explain how the pricing worked with the coupon. I thought I was going to pay less then $40 and ended up paying $56.

They could be upfront and honest in the first place. I spent over $3,000 for a car that doesn’t work because of transmission problems. But they didn’t mention that in the beginning. They said it was the Cat. But now I’m down $3000 and my car doesn’t run. They are now trying to charge me $8,000 for the transmission when another company could do it for $4,130. All in all, I wasted my money there.

They refused to service the car. They claimed that the car had shards of metal in the oil and told me that I needed a new motor, but I did not. I took the vehicle to another mechanic, the mechanic did a complete inspection on the vehicle and did not find shards of metal and completed the oil change.

Midas withheld information from me. Midas did not tell me that the engine issue under my car was covered under warranty and I should have took my car to the dealer. Midas tried to use pressure tactics on me to charge me $2,000 for my car after I just paid them $400. The issue was completely unethical and Midas should have advised appropriately.
Good Price and Great service. I got my new tires, a new battery and a fix on my oil pan leak.

Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly. The issues are the work. This is the 3rd time I have had major work done on my truck & had to bring it back cause there are other issues caused by the work that was done. Things are not put back together properly.
