Everything was straightforward and worked. Set up appointment over the phone. When I arrived my appointment was on the calendar with the correct service scheduled. My car was in the service bay within 10 minutes of my arrival. Additional work was communicated to me while I was waiting. Work was done in totally reasonable time frame. The guy at the front desk answered all my questions and brief interaction with service tech was good. I really like this place and will continue to go here.

This took longer than I expected. I had an early 8 am. appointment, and the rugs looked very dirty, like they had not been vacuumed.

My experience was excellent. I walked through the door later in the day with no appointment and told them I had a flat on my cargo trailer that I'd like to get fixed as soon as possible so I could get back to work. I don't remember the associate's name but he told me to pull right up to the door and they take care of it right there and then. I decided to get 2 tires while I was there to make it more worth their while. Both tires were removed and new ones remounted in 12 min which is outstanding. They had me back on the road within 25 minutes of walking in there. I decided to go back at a later time to buy 2 more tires for the other side of the tbeller I was so pleased. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name, but I was highly satisfied with his service and his CO workers. I would highly recommend that Midas location in attleborough to anyone!

I ordered tires and a service online during black friday which seemed like a very easy process. Unfortunately it was anything but. I received a call immediately from a MIDAS employee at this location stating they would have to order 1 tire from california in order to fulfill my request. Fine no issues. Followed up about 2 weeks after not hearing anything and spoke to Derick and it sounded as if my order never existed. Proceeded to quote me with different tires (more expensive) and continually had issues scheduling an appointment. We finally scheduled and got the tires done (unfortunately paid more than i was originally expecting) but the customer service and communication was god awful. The actual work that was done was fairly quick and seems to have no issues. They tried "convincing" me to do an additional $1500 in repairs the same day. Dont fall for it. In my opinion, take your business elsewhere and more reliable.

Oil change tire rotate was per plan. Loose lower front ball joint was found before annual inspection soon. Was replaced while car was still on lift. Thanks and well done.

If your scheduling appointments make sure you can actually take the car in at that time. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes, but I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change!!

Great Customer Service Experience, Friendliness and knowledgeable
Nothing that causes a major issue at the time, the only reason it was negative was around the pricing of a basic oil change. It was not explained what the price was going to be up front, just a little sticker shock after seeing the price later. The other issue was after receiving my car and noticing there was a rattle in the engine area. When I got home I opened the hood and found out the technician that completed the oil change didn’t replace the oil cap. Oils splattered all over my face and onto the engine area. I contacted them and they said I could bring it back and they would clean it up so I appreciate that.

It was very easy getting my appointment scheduled. When I got there, the fellow checking me in, took my information & shortly thereafter, my Jeep was in for the oil change & tire rotation. No pressure sales. It took less than an hour for the entire process. SUPER!! Technician was great!!

After seeing the national coupon for a 49$ synthetic oil change I reached out to my local store 14 in west warwick RiAfter speaking to a very unfriendly woman named doreen I was basically given every reason under the sun as why they will not honor the coupon that was on the company website. She told me her manager eric would call me back and I never got a call.The next store I called was in cranston and I was appalled by the mannerism and gang like mentality displayed by a "Noel" who answered the phone and not only did his best to intimidate me then shortly after hanging the phone up on me.Finally I reached out to my hometown miss I'm from attleboro MA and called the boys on route 1.Mile and the boss who's name eludes me at the moment but nevertheless we're extremely friendly and quick to make an appointment and honor whatever was on the company website. I drove about 35 minutes to another state and feel that's unfortunate for Midas since customer service and basic common courtesy was absent from the others.In closing I want to reccomend highly only the attleboro store and tell anyone else I know to steer well clear from the others.Best regards Nicholas Larsen

I was told multiple times throughout the span of 5 days, I had to call in after the hours I was told my car would be done. I was told my car would be done by 12, I didn’t receive anything, at 3pm I called in and was told it would be done by 10 the next day. I didn’t receive anything until I had to call the shop again.
Everything part that was replaced was up to standard and I will be going back for more work in the near future.
The only problem I had was the price. When it was done I priced it out at a few other mechanic locations for the job done and it was just about 150 bucks or more cheaper elsewhere. Other than that they do a great job at this location. I’ve been there multiple times.

The shop manager, Shawn, was very helpful & explained the possible issue with my AC and what needed to be done to diagnosis the issue. He was very reassuring that the problem didn't appear to be the AC compressor and was correct. I drove in with an unexpected issue. I was really nervous about the noise. I was treated with understanding about my worry and they were able to check my car out right then. Thankfully they were able to repair the car that day! They were super polite and efficient. I've been to this store before, though this was the first emergency visit and they were fantastic!

The ease and professionalism of the whole experience. From the comfortable waiting room to the continuous updates while the car was being serviced. The explanations for the process and the ease of communication even for the not to car savvy would understand. I have brought my car in a few times now of the past couple years and will continue to do so. Dealer did not rotate tires as advertised because dealer said they looked at tires and depth measurement and said no rotation required. Tires are rotated to insure even wear. Get a new manager for this location. I will not be back.
