They are always able to get me in, even if it’s on short notice. They always explain what they did and suggestions if needed. My car is in km so they always put my oil change sticker in km which really helps me.
It was implied that the service would not take very long. Circumstances changed and the work took several more hours than expected. Plus, one of the issues was determined to be electrical in nature and there was no electrically competent technician on site so the work was not attempted leaving the problem unfixed.
This was a great experience. I walked in on a holiday with multiple services requested and work was completed in a timely fashion for a good price. No complaints. Staff were great.
I scheduled my appointment online on a day where the location was closed. I was sent an automated email that said I would receive an email within 30 business minutes upon the staff returning. The next morning I never received an email OR a phone call confirming or denying my appointment. An hour later, I chose to just call in and schedule a new one. One way to improve is actually responding to your customers email when you say you're going to.
Raymond was outstanding. The service was A+. Most importantly, Raymond and I walked through every point of service to make sure all needs were addressed. Really appreciate the knowledge and service. It is great to know their is a local place to service my vehicles.
The manager, Ray, took really care of me. Was nice and kept me updated on my car while it was being worked on. Everyone in the shop was great and got my car done quickly for an oil change and headlight replacement (which on my car requires the full removal of the bumper). Would recommend 10/10. They will get all my business going forward.
Ray was exceptional about keeping us in the loop with what was going on, and suggesting appropriate fixes as the Midas team came across them.

J found my car on the side of the street and came over to offer his help. He explained how he works at Midas and would be willing to help. Once we came to the shop J and Ray were so helpful, explaining the process, what happened, and what needs to be done to fix it. My front tire wasn't moving due to a rode piece falling off from the previous mechanic, at a different company, who didn't do the job correctly. They could see I was in distress and helped calm me down, made sure I was safe, and gave me affordable options. They drove my car before they gave it back to me to make sure no more issues where going to happen. I am very satisfied and will go to this location from now on.
We needed to get our car ready to make a cross country trip and KURT gave us a time that worked with our busy schedule and the mechanics went to work as soon as they could and did a great job! We have been bringing all of our family cars to Midas for well over 10 years and have always trusted their work!
This Midas has been my go to shop since George ran it. I will never go anywhere else. Great people to work with, I trust them implicitly. They always take good care of me even when there is no work to be done. They also make good restaurant recommendations.

I came in for an oil change. They did not try to sell me the whole shop. I asked for a belt to be checked and they tightened the serpentine belt.
From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to coming in the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and on point. Even watching interactions with other customers good or bad they always show professionalism and courtesy. Been going to the Fair Oaks blvd location for half a year or so now and can't see myself taking my car anywhere else ever.
Through no fault of their own, my appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to technicians being out sick. I did not receive any promised discounts or additional services for this inconvenience.

My battery was dying and I called while I was driving to see if you could take me and it was after 4pm and they got me in and helped me right away. It was fantastic service.

I’ve been bringing our cars to Midas for over a decade. The staff is always friendly and I can see they work hard to finish repairing the vehicles in a reasonable time frame. But when there is a problem they make sure to communicate with the customers.
I read the paperwork afterward and it showed that my air filter needed changing. I would have done this at the time if I was notified prior to picking up my vehicle.

Be more accurate with time estimates. Our oil change was estimate to take 2-3 hoursWe called before three hours and it was almost readyWe came, but waited another hour. Disappointed with the customer service. Also, they said part of the delay was the filter was not available. The car is a 2016 Toyota Corolla. It is hard to imagine that it has an uncommon filter.
When I brought my car in for an alighnment, I was told I needed brakes and Rotors, so I took thier word and had them replaced. When I looked in my file, I had them done at another Midas just 15 months prior. The roters I purchased only lasted 17K miles instead of the 30K-80K that is estimated. I called the other Midas back and they did NOTHING!!!!The Midas that replaced the brakes was also contacted and said they would refund the pad cost but a week later, nothing has been refunded. SO VERY FRUSTRATED!
Brakes squeeled to a stop so a different pad was put on that corrected issue
I stopped by to see if they could fix my tire that had an air leak. I spoke with Aaron who coordinated with me to bring my truck in later the same day as I needed to wait with it to be fixed. I showed up at the agreed upon time and a nice lady, sorry I forgot her name, took care of everything as agreed upon. Everyone was very polite and professional.
They recommended an additional repair that was needed and explained the reasons for the additional repair. However, the cost of that repair seemed excessive given the cost of parts and the expected time it would take to make the repair. (replacing rear camber arms). On You Tube it appears to take about a hour for the replacement and the parts are approximately $100. The estimate was $750.
My scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled because after an hour and a half it was determined they did not have enough platform space for the truck. When I returned however, as a walk in, they immediately took the truck and did the oil change.I was able to understand why my engine light was on but they were not able to fix it. I will return for an appointment on Monday for that

The reception person was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quoted the price of the service and was receptive when I presented a coupon. It was a very enjoyable experience.
The problem was identified. The solution was explained clearly. The part arrived when they said it would. The job took just as long as specified.
Aaron and Courtney were very friendly and professional. They were courteous and helpful towards the other customers and employees as well. My coupon was invalid as they no longer carry conventional oil but gave me a discount on the synthetic blend oil change instead. Happy with my experience and it was still a good deal.

I needed my brakes to be replaced. I really appreciated that I could do this service without an appointment but the price seemed a bit inflated. I use a different service company for oil changes and another for other types of maintenance. I used Midas for this particular problem because of their reputation for fixing brakes and the convenience of not having to make an appointment.

This Midas location has taken good care of my vehicle for 10+ years! Location is near where I live; staff friendly, helpful & knowledgable - yesterday’s visit not scheduled, when phoned in, described fluid leak, they weren’t incredibly busy so made my successful visit, read current library book in waiting room while vehicle repair accomplished :-) Was on my way by around 3:30 pm!

4 months earlier at a different Midas I got a synthetic blend oil. This Midas said I couldn't have it and got synthetic. I got no fluid rop off or courtesy check this time either.

That location sent me a coupon for a conventional oil change for 19.99 and I have a 32-year-old truck conventional oil works just fine in. When I got to that location, I was told they do not stock conventional oil. They did give me a discount on the oil change but not the 19.99 I was planning on paying. Staff was very nice.
I love this place. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I forgot I had the appointment and they called and reminded me. Everyone was so nice and organized. It was the best experience I ever had while getting my oil changed.

The man I initially spoke to was super friendly and he gave me a clear price for my tuneup and diagnostic. Once they found the issue they removed the diagnostic price and only charged me for a tuneup and labor and I was extremely satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Very professional location and they know what they're doing. not to mention they constantly update the hilarious sign.
