I was told I'd have a diagnostic check for 180$ followed by a deeper diagnostic for 690$After recieving my itemized receipt, I see a second diagnostic was not actually completed. Instead, products were installed that I never asked or authorized.The employees then threated me to pay in full and pick up my vehicle or 75$ per day would be charged.

I recently visited Midas Auto and Tire for an alignment service on my 2007 Lexus ES350, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My Lexus had been persistently pulling to the left, making my daily drives less enjoyable, but Midas came to the rescue. The first thing that struck me was the speed and efficiency of their service. I arrived at Midas in the morning with my Lexus in need of alignment. To my delight, they were able to take me in on the same day. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am, and by lunchtime, it was ready for pick-up. The quick turnaround was a pleasant surprise, and I greatly appreciated their attentiveness to my issue. Most importantly, I was thrilled to discover that the alignment was executed flawlessly. As soon as I hit the road, I could immediately feel the difference. My Jeep no longer had that annoying pull to the left, making my drives smooth and enjoyable once again. The precision of their work was evident, and it's clear that the technicians at Midas are highly skilled and dedicated to their craft. In addition to the excellent alignment service, the staff at Midas was friendly and accommodating.

A few minutes after my vehicle was brought into the bay I observed the tech spray wd-40 near the front suspension and then the tech stopped working on the car and talked to the clerk. Shortly thereafter, the clerk approached me and informed me that the tech encountered a seized tierod and that this would require additional labor and costs. The clerk left to print out another estimate and I asked the tech to inspect the seized tierod. The tech did not allow me to enter the garage and only pointed to the screen. I was not allowed to inspect the bolt. The clerk then returned and told me that it would cost an additional $100 in labor to remove the seized bolt and told me not to talk to the tech. I reluctantly agreed. I observed the tech apply heat to some component of the front suspension and loosened the bolt after approximately 30 seconds of applying heat. After the alignment, I asked for a print out of the alignment summary which the clerk was not going to provide me. After review, it appears that only a front end alignment was completed. I felt deceived and cheated when I was not allowed to inspect and charged an additional $100 for extra labor.

Every time I buy a new car they include a service package; the day it expires I come back to this Midas location. They are long time awesome!They always treat this cranky getting to be old lady extremely well. The diagnostic fee was the highest among my three estimates by thousands of dollars; the estimate was verbal and not written. The estimate was excessive and added unessissary repairs according to two other estimates. The owner was happy to get the overpriced 189-dollar diagnostic fee to connect my car to a computer and read fault codes. Customer Last, not First. He seemed more friendly with the guy that came in after me, so maybe it's just me.

Honor a store coupon with the price and services indicated on that coupon. I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $49.95 and they would not honor the coupon. I ended just receiving the oil change only for a $85.00 and I had the associate if they did the tire rotation and he said yes. And I asked him twice. When I got home and looked at my receipt there was no tire rotation done!! Yes I am so dissatisfied with that Midas store!

They gave me an incorrect quote on the phone before going in. Only one year prior, I had my 60,000 mile checkup and yet they found things to fix and updated that had just been done. They inputted the wrong milage of my car into this tracking system and now I cannot update it. It's about 25,000 miles above what it actually is.
