I have regularly had service done at this Midas shop. The service has always been topnotch. Parts supplied have performed as expected and I don't believe I have ever had to return because something wasn't done correctly. I am a very satisfied customer. Incidentally, I can't say the something about three other auto repair businesses I have used over the past 45 years. This Midas shop is a jewel.
On whim I stopped to ask for an oil change. The associate stated they just happened to have a cancelation and could get me in. Once that service was completed as well as tire rotation and fill tires with air, I checked out. I realized I had forgotten I had a break tailight out. The associate stated that all lights were working. But another associate came outside with me and confirmed that the taillight was missed. He replaced the bulb attachments no charge. I have always had good experiences at this location and will continued to bring my car for service.
My last visit 2 months ago, just for oil and filter change and tire rotation, Midas found issues with my car that would cost my $1,800. I scheduled a 180,000 manufacture maintenance and Midas found the same problem but this time they quoted me to fix the same issues would be 2, 800. They claim the prices went up due to parts, labor and the 1st quote was like 2 months ago. I've been going to Midas for almost 2 years give or take and spent thousands of dollars, and still their finding more problems

Eric stands out as the most friendly and helpful person I have interacted with in several months. Other guy at the front desk was very nice too.
I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at. Eric was very helpful. The oil change was simple and he looked at the brakes and explained to me that the brakes are fine but that a brake fluid change was recommended. We talked about the other recommended maintenance & he even answered my maintenance questions on my daughters older car. Highly recommend Eric.

It took less time than expected but I wasn't in a hurry so enjoyed the 'down' time. The staff was (and always has been professional.
I love that they never try to get more money out of me. They are always being honest about what is crucial to take care of and what isn’t. I go to other places and they give me a huge list of things wrong with my car and try to tell me more things are wrong with it than not. At Midas, my car always comes back with almost no problems that need fixed.
I came in expecting to wait a while for it to be fixed and thought it would cost more. They explained was just something simple and I was out of there in 15 minutes and didn't have to pay an arm and leg!

Extremely friendly staff and fast service
Y car is a unique situation. Old car low mileage, they handled beautifully. Tia is important to me because I am an older female and have been taken advantage of in past, I feel I can trust these guys and that makes me a repeat customer.
I told him there was a nail in my tire and they said they couldn’t find it and then when I made them go look again, they found it. Then they waited to tell me until after my car was done, and in the lot that my oil filter needed to be replaced right away and asked me if I wanted it done. I said yes and I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour to get that taken care of Instead of asking me when they were changing my oil and saw that it needed to be replaced. Overall, I spent almost 2 hours in there for an oil change and tire rotation.

I took my vehicle into Midas because it was places the trust was 100%. Now I wonder about things the service. I ask to have the rear brake drums and pads replaced also the right rear tail pipe needs welding again. At the time my hot water heater was being replaced for $1800. But my 1997 Chevrolet is my life line. Money is not and issue for work being done on her. Later that week I realize the pipe the pipe was not touch/welded. So, I think if that was not done ; did they even look at the brakes. I look at the dirt tires an laughed. There was no sign of tires was remove at all. Then I laugh again,I realize they only charge me $34.00 or $35.00. That’s why it was so cheap. Midas move off Circle Drive, it is not the same. But I will look elsewhere and will never visit a Midas again. But if someone ask me about Midas: Good place to get things done,but be your own judge afterwords. I don’t mind paying for the service;I ask to get done. Just another part of life. Do it yourself or don’t complain about the service you got somewhere else. I CAN NOT say they didn’t look the the brakes. So I just to take pictures next time my wife is dropped off anywhere for money or to be check for service.
The technician noted several things that needed to be addressed but those were not brought to my attention while I was checking out. I just happen to be the kind of person who looks closely at receipts.
Aaron, the gentleman I worked with, was super friendly and helpful. It was a last minute tire replacement for my son, I felt the price was a bit high, but worth the convenience. Would go back due to Aaron being awesome, might hold off though due to finding better prices elsewhere.

I have completed an explanation on what happened. Your tech stripped the bolt on my alumn oil pan blamed a prior facility. This was Midas causing the damage not the other shop. Also Midas charged me 10.98 per bottle for oil, last year Midas charged 4. This increase was not advised and your company is charging well over what is within your mark up on materials. Greed will loose you customer every time! And blaming another shop is unethical if my oil pan was damaged from the other facilty I would have leaked oil and there is no oil in my driveway or garage. Also the stick photos shows the oil was still full!

As a single woman, some businesses would take advantage of me. I feel safe at Midas. Both visits, I have suspected a particular thing wrong with my car. They could have taken advantage and come back saying repairs are needed, but, on both occasions, they came back saying that the issue was okay and no repairs were needed. The value to me is high. These men look out for their customers and not trying to grab all the money they can. And as a side note...pristine bathroom!

The service member took extra time to make things right. Because my last experience was very bad and didn’t think I would be back. I will keep taking both of my vehicles to the north academy store because of the front end service I received.
When I called and explained my issue they took my car on the same day. Issue was found and a solution was provided to me on the same day! This location always helps me out 200%, even last minute sometimes, and at reasonable price. Always very satisfied when I go there and I have 6 vehicles so I use their services pretty often.
I have always liked the management staff and the technician seem competent. The staff takes the time to explain other issues they have found and prioritize the need of each procedure. They are not overly busy and they are close enough to me where I can just walk home while I wait for my vehicle.
It should not take 4 days to check to see if it's a transfer case or transmission leak. Plus I only got the call that they were finally checking it out, not that they performed services and the price of those services. Aaron and Rey do not communicate with customers well at all and even talk smack to other customers in front of a waiting customer with a vehicle problem.
It was easy to schedule. The coupon made it affordable. They were done before I expected.
Aaron and Ray were very helpful. They accommodated my Jeep even though I did not have an appointment. They were clear and professional with the diagnosis of the problem with me Jeep. Although the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, they gave me their honest and professional opinion and I highly valued it. My wife’s Jeep has been at the dealership for repair for 5 days and they still don’t know what’s wrong with it. I should have taken it to Midas instead.
I would recommend them for oil change, tire rotation. The guys were very kind and helpful. I would not recommend for tires. The price of tires is insanely expensive!!!!! After price comparison, they are over one thousand dollars higher than every single other place!!!
Even though it took almost 2 extra hours to get my car done, I was not charged for the extra work they did. What I was quoted was what I paid.
