I did not have to make an appointment for the inspection. I went to someone else before and they would not do my inspection without an appointment.

Our van broke down on I75 North near the Sumter Rest area. We tried for 3 hours to find a tow truck with our insurance roadside assistance to take the van to the Spring Hill Midas. We are from Illinois and were returning home when the van stopped working. I called and talked with Ken Bates to let him know the van would be towed to his store and probably after hours. Ken called me back to see how we were and contacted the towing company he works with to come get us. He then stayed at the store after hours and waited for us. Then he got us a Lyft to take us to our motel. It is meeting people like Ken, who went out of his way to help 2 strangers stranded by the side of the road, that makes me grateful for Good Samaritans. We will definitely pay Ken’s kindness forward.

The staff was very friendly and took time to explain what I needed. They didn't have the right belt so they ordered it forme and had everything done in just over an hour. I think that was great for a walk in.

pulled in with no appointment to check an oil leak discovered that morning. car had been serviced at Honda the Friday before part put was defective. Midas was able to reslove quickly and explained everything.

Ken and Chad did an outstanding job. I needed two new rear tires on my Ford. I called and they scheduled me in. When I arrived my tires were already sitting in the bay ready to be installed. The coupon that I received in the mail was not honored. I was expecting to pay $30 plus tax but was charged almost $64.00.I wanted standard oil, but the desk person insisted on synthetic, then assured me that he would only charge for stranded, but he charged me full price for the synthetic and did not honor the coupon.They also broke a part of one of my hub caps, something that I'm supposed to return next week for.It took over an hour and though I was there before anyone they pulled another car in before mine that arrived later and was there for the same service. Bad experience.

Prices for oil, oil filter ,air filter. and tire pressure monitoring valve were excessive. lesson your over pricing so customers will return.

I had to wait for my vehicle. Ken was super nice and funny and I was very comfortable. They came in when they found anything else wrong and showed me to make sure I saw. Got me a tow to them and also they had to make multiple trips for parts needed that found out during the process and did it for me. Offered donuts and everything. My experience definitely was way better then other shops. Especially that fact they showed me the parts that were messed up and asked me before they did anything

Fair pricing very good customer service

I called and spoke with Ken who told me Midas worked on Transmissions. He left out that you guys only work on the external portion of my kind of transmission. I was clear that my car was a hybrid before wasting my time and money plus your time. I was not happy to hear that I couldn't be told what exactly was wrong with my transmission because you aren't a transmission shop. THEN I had to pay you guys my hard earned money for a service that I feel wasn't even conclusive. I surely already know what my car is doing wrong, thats why I needed to have it looked at. I didn't need to pay a hundred dollars to be told what I already knew was going wrong when I drove it instead of knowing what was broken on it.

Chad was excellent and very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. Definitely a good choice for management.

Received a coupon for a free oil change. Went in for a synthetic oil change and was told the coupon is for a standard oil change. There is nothing in the fine print that indicates what kind of oil change is free. It seems like a bait and switch.

First and foremost, the attendant was so friendly and thoughtful. Because my car is a new model the filter was not in stock, but they got one brought to the site in a short amount of time. The attendant made sure to explain what was going on and aplologized for the extra time involved. Very happy with the experience.

I had never been in before and decided to stop to have my tire checked as I had run over a screw in a previous month. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and friendly approach to my need. I was kept updated while I waited and didn't need them to change the tire after all resulting in them just doing an inspection for me. They didn't charge me to check my plug in the tire and I was surprised! The front desk and the mechanic were all very pleasant to deal with and I will most definitely be returning in the future for our family's car/truck needs. Thank you!
