I could not have had better customer service!

I checked off on the paperwork to receive the defective parts back and I was told they were thrown away. Didn't check tire pressures/add air if needed, something I expected and didn't happen

I went in to get my oil changed, and I had expressed concern from my last oil change I got from another service location, and asked to see the oil level before I left, and Summer said “Absolutely we will let you see the oil level!” She reassured me that it would be checked thoroughly and she informed me of everything that was going on, and also informed me of the price before the service was even done.

No price given for service until I signed to get service. Thought pricing was ok but felt should have been communicated of price levels before commitment. I knew pricing for part synthetic but no try full and didn't realize it was double, however still great service

Was told nothing was wrong with the front end. Left and pulled to the right hard and ruined one of my tires on the way home. Called and told them reschedule and found a lot of stuff needed fixed when the first technician said all was good and still charged me 200 dollars for the alignment which was worse after leaving than when I took there. When asked for the regional managers number was not given but said she would give him mine. I should have gotten a full refund of my alignment that never happened and ruined one of my tires. I will post bad reviews on every site I can about the technician that ruined my tire and didn’t want to take the time to find out what was wrong. The assistant manager was nice but should have given me my money back for the alignment. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to never ever go to Midas in crawfordsville.

My appointment was for 2:00, my vehicle was not taken back until 2:30 and was not finished until 3:30

Everything was fine. I didn't ask about pricing, which is on me, but what was charged is what I expected from experiences at other vendors. I suppose they could have stated an estimate up front. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The service took a reasonable amount of time, and was done to my satisfaction.

My lug nuts were not tightened, after the tire rotation. They backed me out and then drove to a parking spot, I backed up noticing my entire car was grinding and popping and wobbling. I honked and one of the techs came out and I backed up and drove forward several times he didn't hear it, he thought I would be OK. Then it was him and another tech to lock up. I started to drive off again and a terribly loud pop and my car shuttered. I honked they both came out. The new tech heard a noise he thought it was my dust shields but I should be OK when he moved them. I told them I wanted to drive around the building, and it popped loud enough again they told me to drive to the bay. On the lift they both saw something. One of them said "I've seen entire front suspensions fall apart on the lift" and asked if it did all this acting up before I told him " Absolutely not."THEN they both notice my lug nuts were only on by a few threads.They torqued all the lug nuts on and apologized. The breaks pulse now at the end of the break pedal depression. This wasn't occurring before. Now I need an inspection that I don't need repairs. I'm already paying for a funeral and it's winter.

People are nice and respectful

It's never a good time to wait on a vehicle you need to go do the thing that needs done, go to appointments, etc. It just puts a wrench in all those schedules.

Although they apologized for the wait, the service wasn't slow. The waiting room was comfortable and service techs friendly. My only complaint would be that when I scheduled an appointment online, I never received a confirmation and had to actually call the store to schedule an appointment. If that location isn't going to respond to online scheduling, it should not be an available option.

When you say with a oil change you get a tire rotation your battery and filters check 49.99 you actually do that I paid 65.00 and I only got my oil change. Also my washer fluid cap is now missing. Wasn't put back on.

Oil change was supposed to include complimentary tire rotation. Front driver wheel has had curb rash for some time. Noticed when I got home that the front driver wheel was still the one with curb rash, indicating that a tire rotation was not done properly or at all. It says on the invoice that it was. It’s not a huge deal since it’s not something I paid for specifically, but come on. Don’t claim you did it and put it on the invoice/receipt when it clearly was not done properly, if at all.

When they were done with fixing a problem with my vehicle; they never checked to see if it worked. I believe that they caused another issue to my vehicle but they will never admit it. They just wanted my to make another appointment.

Originally they thought the oil filter was in stock, but when they went to change my oil they realized that they didn’t have it. They went out of their way to order it and get it delivered immediately so that they could get my oil change done.

Bad start to the morning, already running behind schedule to an event and blow a tire. Started out the day at Walmart. They checked us in selected the tire they said we needed and said it would be 2 hours before it was in a bay. 2 1/2 hours later they call us up to tell us that they do not carry the correct tire size (265 50r20) and that they had picked an 18 inch tire on check in. They kept the rubber from the tire and put the spare back on and tell us they know of two places in town that sell the tire size, all closed 5 minutes prior. Called over to Midas and they had 4 265 50r20 in stock, stated that their next appointment was in about an hour and that they would be able to get us right in and out. Arrived at Midas at 12:15 to two really nice/friendly employees whom expecting us, checked in, handed keys over and we were paid and on the road by 12:39. Fantastic experience! Will definitely be returning for future repair needs!

My wheel alignment was done very well and in a very proper amount of time. They also took care of my low tires while it was there. They gave me a before and after view of what my alignment looked like.

The $ on the coupon was misleading- there was a disposal fee charged for the oil - which really should have been included… not extra because I was not given an option about the disposal

Be sure to properly install the tires on my specialty vehicle. I drove off with my van driving extremely terrible. The entire vehicle was violently shaking and I had to return to this location. Upon returning I was told to drive 35 minutes away to another location. I was in AN UNSAFE handicap accessible vehicle and was told to drive 35 minutes away! Absolutely ridiculous. I also didn’t appreciate that I was lied to about the issue with my vehicle. Although I am in a wheelchair I am mentally competent enough to know a thing or two about vehicles.
