When I arrived home after the service the receipt stated that a complimentary tire rotation was completed which it WAS NOT. I was in view of my car the entire time and tires WERE NOT rotated!

Don’t allow staff to create expensive add-ones to the published price…such as charging me extra for an oil filter, which is supposed to be included in the price of an oil change…the alleged reason was that my car required some kind of “special” oil filter, which is nonsense.

Well I got no issues with the mechanic name Fernandez. The issue is with Kim the counter person because I didn’t see if she was the manager but in front of me she call the Mecanic stupido 3 times and that very disrespectful. She needs to improve how professional she is in front of the costumers. I know that place change management and mechanics all the time. But been professional is something that said everything about the company name Midas.

Able to speak with friendly person to make same day appointment. Able to drop off my car and have the option to wait or receive a phone call when car was ready. Do not have to stay in my car while having the oil changed.Professional and courteous staff.Able to use coupons . Great price!

The service was fast and the staff were professional. I do not like that the workers touch everything with dirty gloves. They leave black stains on everything (interior and exterior) and it is hard to clean.

As I stated, I was emailed a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. The guy at the Dumont, NJ Midas shop told me the price of oil has gone up and he won't honor the coupon. He then told me that I'd be out the door a bit over $30. Eventually, he told me the price would be $58 for the oil change. I argued with him a little bit, but he refused to budge. Then he replied... "We're arguing over an oil change at 8am". Horrible customer service, I will not do business with him again!

Convenient location

Took my car in for an oil change and it ended up needing more work to it than just an oil change. I approved the extra work to it and then the oil change was on the house. The gentleman that I communicated with on the phone and in person was so sweet and friendly, and I felt like my car was taken proper care of.
