I came in for a specific reason, an alignment. They addressed my alignment issue quickly and efficiently. recommended a tire balance and rotation which I had them complete. I was out the door in 90 minutes and my Jeep drives exactly as I expected. The tech kept me informed throughout the process and the people at the desk were very friendly. Most importantly, Nobody tried to sell me something that I didn't need.

I then met with Derrick.( In 30 years of driving I’ve never met with a better more friendly technician). He gave me the bad news but it was a blessing in disguise. My old shop never aligned my car properly. A great inspection, 4 new tires and a alignment and my car drives like new.

Tech didn’t balance and rotate tires. I suspected the work was not done, he finished too fast. Trip on 12-21-2023 confirmed my suspicions. Tires were out of balance still.Went back another tech (Bobby) performed task.He agreed it had not been done the first time every tire needed adjustment. Front desk did a good job of taking care of me. The first tech is a disgrace to your business!I know good help is harder and harder to acquire these days. I want to continue doing business with this store because they have been great at fulfilling my needs. I never want the first tech to touch my vehicle again.

Car repair was less than an hour.A place nearby told me it would be 3 to 3 1/2 hours the service was explained to me clearly what service I had done.

I dropped by to compare tire prices and not only did they beat the national chain store I just left but this Midas location was able to do a 4 tire install that day!!

Long long story…. I actually ended up here on accident and out of frustration with Mavis tires & brakes. I spent $1200 with Mavis tires & brakes and they did not complete my brake/rotors service. Mavis left bolts out of my caliper and my sensors where not operable. I call Mavis over 15 times and kept getting the run around. Finally I pull into Bo Tire/ Midas within 5 minutes their mechanic pointing out everything without me even mentioning my problem. Also not making this about race- but as a black African American woman I can honestly THIS shop does not discriminate AT ALL. Also for them to redo this job, I only pay $277.72. I love this shop and the people are wonderful. Again again thanks :-)

I bought my tire from this location (as Bo Tire). I had a nail in my tire. They repaired it quickly and did so at no charge. I'm very appreciative and will be back for future oil changes and tire needs.

I was a walk in didn't really expect to be waited on so quickly. I was informed by techs on everything that was wrong and got recommdation on what I should do

First off, I TRIED to schedule an appt online but never received a confirmation. I went into the location at approx 9:30 am for an oil change and waited. Gentleman checking me in was super nice. About 30 minutes later he called me to the back to see my car and explained that during the visual inspection they noticed that my rear brake pads needed replacing and he told me the price and that it would be about 45 additional minutes. I gave the OK and went back to the waiting area. About an hour later he said my car was almost ready. I see the car go out for a test drive and then it goes back into the service bay. About 30 minutes later I was told they had to swap out the pads due to a strange noise. It was approx 2 hours 45 minutes before my car was finished. Midas DID give me the oil change for free since I had to wait so long, so that was nice. Overall I'm pleased and will return in the future. The 2 people out front were both super nice. I just wish a bit more communication about my vehicle status would have been offered.

I went into midas hoping to find a deal on some decent A/T tires for my truck. I spent $800!!! For some no name H/T tires that were ugly! I was never given any choices, I wasn't asked If I wanted to see the tires. I just took the sales guy word for it. He said to trust him and he will give me some good tires....when I got home I noticed the tires weren't A/T tires and called to complain, the sales guy said that's what I get for the price I was willing to pay, and when I told him I asked for A/T tires he told me to bring it back in and he put some no name A/T tires, didn't ask if I wanted to look at it. GAVE ME NO CHOICES!. by this time I'm scared to say anything, I don't wanna complain while yall are working on my CAR! I just had a bad experience, spent a lot of money and I feel like I got bamboozled, good luck! I didn't know I had to treat buying tires like I was buying a used car from a shady dealership..L

The service technician was helpful during the drop off. The time to complete the service was quicker than expected.A great group of professional people.

Overall my experience was great. I was able to leave my truck the evening before and they had it completed before I even made it to work the following day.
