This is my second time at Midas and both times everyone has been very nice and respectful. They gave the option to fix issues that they found right then and there and show you the cost without you guessing which I appreciated. Waiting for my oil change to be worked on wasn't awful. They offer little candy treats, water, and coffee while you wait and you can see your vehicle being worked on though a huge window. They have been very quick working on my vehicle and I honestly can't complain. Very very nice people.

I've been patronizing this location for at least 2 years. I selected it because it is close to my house and I have an old car that has frequently needed attention. The service is always top-notch. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Clint goes out of his way to be helpful. He answers my questions thoroughly, and when I need a ride he will take me home and fetch me to pick up my car. When I had a recurrence of a problem with my new front-end suspension that they installed a year or two ago, the job was redone without any issues under your 3-year warranty.

The original reason I took my vehicle to Midas was for an issue with oil consumption. However, Midas informed me that there was nothing could be done.

My service did not get done I paid to have wipers replaced they were not I had to go back the next day to have it done I was not offered any kind of discount I was also told my tired would be rotated and that was not done I did not complain cause I just assumed it was par for the course and it would eat into my already plans for Saturday so I just got what I actually paid for and never actually got a sorry from anyone in the place when I returned the next day

I had my Cadillac CTS serviced previously at a Cadillac dealership. The service manager provided a detailed report stating my front brakes needed to be replaced since they were down to 3mm of protection. The dealership wanted $632 for the work. I decided to take my vehicle to Midas to have the work performed.The manager at Midas promptly called me within 20 minutes of dropping off my vehicle to inform me that nothing was wrong with my brakes and no service was required since the brakes had at least 8mm remaining.That's what I consider great customer service. No repair needed, so no taking advantage of the customer. I will trust my vehicle repairs to this Midas location.
