As has always been my experience with these places you take your car in for one thing and suddenly they tell you that you need all these other 'problems' dealt with. They try to scare and intimidate especially women. I know from experience. Before I agree to any so called 'necessary' repairs I will have it checked out by a 'reputable' mechanic, usually one that I know and have dealt with. I know my vehicle is 'old' but I also know the tactics used in these places, Midas, Jiffy Lube, Firestone etc.
They got my car in right away, went next door to eat, by the time I walked back in they were getting ready to lower my car.
I am very satisfied with Noah the manager, he did an awesome job with my Nissan. I belong to CarSield so getting my car towed was super easy, Midas is basically close to my chiropractor's office. Was pleasantly surprised that they do more than tires, oil changes the basics. I was concerned with the south Senaca area in south Wichita, however when my back driver side window was shattered; I was concerned and worried about paying to get that window replaced. No need to worry; Noah fixed it and why my car wouldn't start, even though my battery was good. this issue had nothing to do with the battery, something I know nothing about with the push start vehicles. I can not say enough good things about Noah, he helped me be a peace about this issue. Thank you Noah for all you do and especially for helping me know all is going to be alright. Get some better tools so that I don't have to wait an hour just to be told that the mechanic can't remove a Valve cap for an oil change. Thanks for the time waster I suppose.

I have been going there for almost 5 years.
I told them what the problem was and they charged me for a BS diagnostic that cost 120$ when i know they didnt go through any part of my car and after i already knew what the problem was. I know they didnt do anything and they forced me to pay when nothing was done to my car. They also quoted me 700$ for a fix that another shop quated for 255$. I want my money back, i already did the work by taking the steering column panels off to show them it was the ignition actuator that needed change and they charged me for a diagnostic to tell me what i already knew. I want my money back. I feel that i was scammed. Part of the diagnostic inspection includes a road test.. my car cant even start because the ignition doesnt work. And since my car cant be turned on their is no way they can inspect the charging system and starting system. This is terrible what they have done. Its dishonest.

Stop trying to find things “wrong” with the car to make a sale especially to girls. I was told I needed new spark plugs when they were just replaced a few months ago. I was also told I needed new tires when mine were perfectly fine.
I had brakes and rotors completed there in 2020. I had my Pathfinder in for service where I bought extended warranty. They told me it needed new pads and rotors. So, I took back to Midas as your pads are lifetime guarantee. your mechanics did a brake check and said I did not need relaced at this time. so saved me from a chunk of money at this time.
They walked me through the whole process
Everything was quick, simple, and communicated with me quickly. I even asked about different things like getting prices on getting my brakes done when that time comes.
Usually the person (manager?) who greets you at this Midas is very friendly. This was a different experience in the past 15+ years that I’ve been going to this Midas. Kind of felt like they could care less for my business, but maybe it was an off day. I always feel like Midas is pushing too much to buy other products, besides what I’m there for. They did talk me in to extra stuff, but again, it was more like it was just their job, & they didn’t really care.

My wife's vehicle experienced a problem while she was driving our four grandkids around on a Saturday. The Midas crew was able to get our car in on that day and have the issue fixed before closing. This prevented my wife from having to figure out an alternative way to work on Monday and we were able to keep the grandkids in one vehicle. These guys went above and beyond in my opinion.

The $600 a year I spend annually on maintenance and service with Midas assures me my car will last a long time.

Car sat lifted with hood open for 2 hours while all 4 mechanics stood 6 feet or more away from car talking hardly looked at car. And came up with $2,100 diagnosis. When only came in for tires and alignment. Found out oil was low so went ahead and agreed on oil change. Never got tires. I was at the shop for almost 4 hours with no other car ahead of me I got there as soon as they opened 7:30. Was very disappointing and I personally felt taken advantage of.
I have been to Midas multiple times and this last time they let me know I needed a new air filter and something else. The reason I was okay with getting things fixed is because I’ve been to this location plenty of other times and they never said I needed anything else fixed other than what I went for. So, I feel like they are sincere and aren’t taking you for your money like different companies do like Jiffy Lube. I appreciate the employees as well as the location being close to where I live.

Don't lie to customers about services needed the other parts they told me needed fixed I had the service center at work check and they were 100% fine. Stop stealing people's spare wheel size tires (not the spare one) out of they're cars and trying to make em think they r crazy. The people there left my trunk a ripped up mess!! Almost a week ago I got a flat. I had a spare put on, bought a new tire and gave Midas a call once my new tire was mailed. It was about 3:40 when I called and they offered to get me in as soon as 5 that evening or in the morning the next day! I decided to go that evening and I was only there about 35 minutes. Local dealership was trying to say I had an oil leak when I took it in for brake service. I had my suspicions that it was a manufactured issue. I took my vehicle out of this dealership, brought it to Josh at the Seneca Street Midas and he not only replaced my rotors and pads at a less expensive price but also dismissed the allegation that I needed an oil pan gasket replacement. All in all he saved me around $1,800.
I'm a single mom on a budget and I was told it'd be $39+ tax over the phone and when I got there they MADE me upgrade to an expensive oil bundle. Called me during the service and tried to upsale me on top of the basic oil change I was there for. I felt hustled and walked out spending nearly $70. Not cool. Very disappointed

Listen to the customer and not guess on the solution. Take it for a test drive to see if the problem was fixed. You could smell gas in the cab when I dropped it off and about 5 miles down the road you could smell it again.

They had only one man working out in the garage, he did the best he could. Inside man didn't tell him to rotate the tires while he had it in the air. Felt sorry for the man working.

I called to tell them I had a service engine soon light on, but also needed an oil change while I was there because maybe that would fix it. Once the job was done I asked if the light was on because that was the reason I came was to get it checked out. He said he would ask but never did then when they brought the car around I asked if it had gone off and he said he didn’t know. Then I went out to my car to find the light was still on so I went back in to ask if they could find out why but he said they didn’t have time. I came there for the light and instead only got my oil changed which I could of just done at Walmart for cheaper.
This Midas location is my go-to maintenance and repair facility for all out-of-warranty work. Your prices are fair, the work is top-notch, you're fast and friendly. Most of all, you have never tried to "up-sell" me on unnecessary maintenance or parts. That alone puts you ahead of the crowd. Myself, my daughter and my brother use the S. Seneca shop all the time and plan to continue.

Well… the guys were great and didn’t hesitate to call me when they realized that they forgot to put oil back in the tank before I drove off but once they realized it, they were fast to act to make sure I didn’t have any damage to the engine. No big deal as human error happens and they were super fast to fix the issue so thanks for getting ahold of me as fast as you did to correct this!
When I took my car to get an oil change, it went fine, but during said oil change my car latch to the hood broke. I brought it back into them, and they said it was not their fault, and can’t fix it there and won’t pay for it.
