I was actually having some issues due to a competitor 2 doors down & was attempting to change my tire nearby. The store associates were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. In the end I chose to pay for this Midas store to fix the tire issue instead of attempting to find a work around with the business nearby. The guys that helped me didn't have to do what they did but their customer care went above and beyond.

Had coupon for 29.99 synthetic blend oil change as requested, charged for full synthetic. No tire rotation, which says included. Charged $72 for a $25 cabin air filter and 2 minutes to replace. Spoke with Waylon and he blamed my 18 year old. The overall theft and taking advantage of people is incredible. The lack of actually providing the services you are stealing for is criminal.

I was 30 minutes late for my appointment, I showed up right after another customer had arrived. They only had one tech doing both oil changes and tire repairs. The manager (I believe) stepped in and got both of us in and out within the hour. Gave me a health check on my vehicle with quotes for repair and just were thoroughly helpful and efficient!
The initial experience and warranty discussions went extremely well. A price was established and I paid the $100.00 difference to complete. The agreed upon fee. When car was picked up, there was an additional $325.00 dollar charged. I was never allowed to check the invoice of work accomplished.

Hands down was the BEST customer service I have ever received! When I called to make my appointment for an oil change, Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him that I have to drive several hours away and his response was they will make sure that it is safe and good to go. When I got to the shop, once again, Andrew was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. He did not make me feel bad that I had to go for a cheaper service due to budget and reassured me that everything will be thoroughly looked over and inspected. Ashley worked on my car and came in to explain in detail everything that was going on and what I needed to do within the next six months for maintenance. I cannot thank you, Andrew and Ashley enough for your kindness and hospitality!! Your customer service is incredible!

Love this Midas. They won’t do a service unless you need it. While waiting listened to a tech speak with another customer and they saved him over a thousand dollars not doing a service he didn’t need. Most companies would just do the service and charge the customer.
Andrew helped me make an appt & explained in detail pricing & time for service. I am very picky about the inside of my car staying clean since I had light color cloth seats which are heated. Andrew said they didn’t have seat covers but could use floor cover on the seat & not have the driver lean back in case their back may be dirty. I waited during service & Andrew kept me updated on the progress including an issue with a gasket which I had a feeling was related to the last place that didn’t do my oil change correctly. He & Ashley(I believe that was her name) were extremely friendly & knowledgeable! I definitely will be returning for my next service! Thanks!
Should have told me they broke the clip that connected the NOx sensor. They put the sensor on and returned the car to me. Never used scan tool or they would have found there was a problem.
Andrew was extremely helpful and spent time to go over the problem with the car. It took a bit of time to figure out exactly what the problem was, but we were highly happy with that as they team displayed a high attention to detail and tracking down what exactly the problem was. We highly recommend Midas on 151st to everyone we know as they are professional, caring and go the extra mile with customer service. And they are cheerful about it to boot! I brought in my bus to get the AC fixed. I felt confident after talking with Midas that our issues will be fixed. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case because I was later told it wasn’t fixed but another part needed to be ordered. What I expected was for the mechanic to assess the problem let me know what needs to be fixed and then fix it. After spending close to $2,000, my problem is the exact same. I feel scammed out of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it. Don’t get me wrong, the people I spoke with were all very pleasant and nice but that doesn’t change the fact my AC doesn’t work. If I had known they couldn’t fix it or that it’s not guaranteed, I would’ve made other decisions and not spend the $2K. That is a lot of money for absolutely no return. I can’t trust what I’m being told in the future. I felt like they bit off more than they can chew and I ended up paying for it.

My car needed an oil change, I went there and did oil change, when I came back it started leaking. Something happened during oil change that caused my car to leak.

I got there at 1:00pm on a Saturday. They were extremely busy. They told me it would be close to 5 before my vehicle was done. I decided to wait and without expecting my vehicle to be done sooner they worked on moving me up and told me I was done at 2;45 pm. Very professional and knowledgeable of the issues. I will go back for future needs

Don't tell a customer you were afraid to rotate tires because of the lugs so didn't do it. Same lugs you put on when the tires were put on 1.5 months ago. Or tell them the mechanic was in a hurry to go to lunch. Or misplace keys
I was welcomed, I was able to use a coupon I got in the mail which was a nice surprise. I was explained to what were the issues regarding my car. The cost was alittle more than I expected, but I felt confident it was fixed by experience staff. I will go back to Midas in the future as needed.

Found a secondary issue my wife complained hearing a sound but I couldn’t track down. Primary reason for visit was brakes, so finding the other issue saved me another visit or trip to Kia.
I was highly satisfied and had no issues. The only reason I wouldn't return is because we do not live near this location. We live 3 hours away. The catalytic converter was stolen off my daughter's car while we were out of town, so we chose the first place that could help us asap.
The people at the midas on 151st have always been so nice and transparent with me on everything. They even went out of their way to fix a tag light for me. As a woman, I always get nervous/skeptical with car shops and being taken advantage of, and I’ve never felt that here. I will keep coming back to this location.

This was my first Midas experience. I spent hundreds of dollars for brakes and rotors. I eventuallyfound out the shop did not reset my TPMS. I had to schedule another appointment on a different weekend I was available. I then took my car up to the shop for the second appt and they told me their scanner was broken to reset the monitoring system for my tires. Therefore, I had to go to Discount Tire across the street and have them do it, which they were nice enough to do. I have tube leaks in two different tires, so it’s very important that I know which tires are actually low. I definitely was not satisfied with my first experience at Midas.

Never a nice experience when you have to spend $1000 on a vehicle. I had the rear brakes replaced 3 years ago at Midas. Received warning from my car that the front brakes were bad. Knew right then that I would be going to Midas. I purchased new rotors for the back and since Midas has warrantied the pads they were free. Front brake pads were replaced and the rotors turned. At BMW the total cost would have been twice of what I paid at Midas.
The Service manager was very good at letting me know what services were required and pointed out a recommended service with pressure. I hate to go to places that “up sale” to increase bottom lines. Midas does not do this.
I would refer my daughter to Midas for any service and they’ll go the extra mile and include me on the service prior to starting the repairs. I appreciate people/business's that make my precious children a proority, Thank You! Russ

It was super easy and convenient to get my vehicle serviced! They immediately got me in and they were very good at explaining everything and were very professional. I usually go to Toyota but they never seem to have availability, so this was a good compromise. No complaints here.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I arrived 5 minutes early and checked in with the manager Waylon. I was told it would take an hour to fix the rotars, so I opted not to wait at the store since I live within walking distance. At 1:00 pm (2.5 hours later), I went back to the store assuming the work would be completed based on the time quote I was given. Upon arrival, I was told they just finished the inspection and were about to call me. Two and a half hours to inspect the car??? So the work began, which took another hour. Very dissatisfied with the communication around work expectations. There is no value in setting an appointment. This is the 2nd time I've been to this Midas location, and the 2nd time I've been dissatisfied with the service. I won't be back.

I was made to wait for an hour just to have an inspection when I specifically told the person that I was here for brake pads only. He came with a cost sheet with more than I requested and I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. Then he g e me a new price which was more than double the price I was given by phone when I made the appointment. I refused and got my car back and left. I e been a customer this store opened but no more. I?ll never go back. Absolutely disgusting service. Trying to up sell me lost me as a loyal customer.

There have been 3 or more managers over the last 6 months- all telling me different things. I purchased wheel alignment and they said it was only good 1x (third manager) first two managers said it would be no big deal. I’m worried my vehicle needs alignment and they disregarded this
Terrible job. Quoted at 1700$ to fix it. Had to pay 60$ for inspection which actually came out to 72$ then took it to another place and they fixed it up for 700$s saved 1000$. The inspection fee is a joke I paid them 72$ for them to look at the car for 5 m
